Nice peaceful hotel, big room size, great bed! But everything kind of old, the hotel definitely need renovation Great pool and beach area, so many places to relax

This is probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel is stunning and the location is great if you enjoy venturing out. It's very easy to get the bus or walk to the Harbour. The food was amazing, especially the a la carte restaurants. Even the fussiest of people could find something to eat. The drinks were great and you had a lot to choose from including branded drinks. The rooftop bar was my favourite as the hotel is close to the airport and you could sit up there to watch planes that were taking off and landing. The staff couldn't have done anymore for guests. I'd like to say a special thanks to Valia for making our honeymoon so memorable! We will definitely return for an anniversary!

Just got back from the most amazing honeymoon at Pioneer Beach Hotel in Paphos! The staff were absolutely incredible, making us feel like royalty from the moment we arrived. Don't even get us started on the food - every meal was a gourmet delight! The entertainment options were top-notch with Kayleigh and Sol from Tui Blue keeping us busy with daytime activities (table tennis, darts, daily quiz etc) keeping us entertained every day. Fitness programmes were also running daily ranging from Aqua Aerobics Yogo. There was something different every night ranging from a Silent Disco (really good fun!) to a local Cypriot night (musicians, dancers etc) Tui Guides were also incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were also incredibly knowledgeable about Paphos and recommend some great hotspots! Hotel is quite close to the harbour (about 2k, but all flat and is a lovely walk) Highly recommend this hotel for any special occasion! Just retuned from home from another annual stay at the Pioneer Beech following a 10 day holiday. What makes me keep returning is the fantastic welcoming atmosphere created from all the staff from the cleaner, cook, bar staff, waiting staff, and reception. They all want to exceed your expectations and please you. There Customer Service is Excellent, they really want you to have a good time and enjoy your stay everyday. This is obviously down to culture of the leadership and some how, it gets better ever time I visit. I see the same faces every time I go, staff and other customers returning. Thank you to Nikos and Valia, see you next year!

Our stay at the Pioneer Beach Hotel was faultless in every way. The colleagues embodied customer service at its very best. A special mention for Valia who is a fantastic brand ambassador and likewise Pavlos, the restaurant manager, who also happens to be a Manchester United fan. We will return, that's for sure!!

This hotel should be 5* plus . Valia the hotel manager is amazing. I have never seen anyone work so hard she is super woman, nothing is too much trouble for her. From the moment you step into the hotel you are greeted with a smile, Karl and the girls on the desk are a credit to the company also the porter. What a perfect hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you, everyone always has a smile on their face. Rooms, yes they are a little dated but they are spotlessly clean and ever extra you might need is already there for you. The pool is spotless,entertainment was excellent so much so we only left the hotel twice. The food is amazing the vest we have ever had. Chef need a but round of applause. The only downside is the gym, really needs updating and a few more pieces of equipment. A special thank you to the excellent staff, young lady who does the aqua classes is the most lovely kind hearted person, sorry for her name. A special thank you also to Sil (entertainmnet), Salome, and Aruna in bar, Stuart and Chelsea singers. And also not to forget Popi I the restaurant.

We have been to this hotel a number of times. Each time when you go through the front door there is a feeling of calm descends. You know you are going to be looked after by everyone involved. Valia, Nikos, Yiana and Pablo and all of the staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. Will be back again.

Just got back from the Pioneer Beach and have to say it was everything and more we wanted. All facilities (pool, sun beds, rooms, restaurants, bars) are top draw. The best thing is the staff - they are the best we've come across. So friendly and helpful and always smiling. We stayed in a Superior room which was excellent and the upgrade cost (cheaper with TUI) was worth it as we got late check out (6pm), bigger room with sun beds on balcony, full sea view, cabana beds by pool and beach, unlimited access to a la carte restaurants, which are all excellent. We also had champagne delivered on our last night which was a nice touch. Location is perfect is you want a quieter stay but Paphos is a quick 5 min taxi away or 45 minute walk along the seafront. We were expecting some of the entertainment to be poor but it was in the main pretty good. There are some nice touches like a singer for breakfast who sings chilled tunes and is really good. The best things were the Greek buffet night which saw all the chefs provide food outside by the pool and the crazy fun silent disco. If we were to change anything it would be the restaurant booking system which is hit and miss. You have to wait until 48 hours before to book and has to be on the TUI blue app. We tried a few times but within one minute past the 48 hour moment all tables were booked. It's really frustrating as you have to do this when you're eating your meal due to the 48 hour rule. The sunsets and the views from the hotel are superb too. If you're a couple looking for a chilled but high quality break then this is a must. We'll be back one day soon for sure.
