I almost threw up after seeing the back of the hand basin. Moldy fungus with soap scum. Please clean up properly...

Loved my stay. It was very clean and nice. I would highly recommend.

Yesan is a good place for those who have a purpose to go there, but the transportation is not convenient, so please check carefully. As of May 2025, there are several buses (7 buses) per day from Seoul. It takes about 2 hours from Seoul Central City (Gangnam) to Resom Spa. The staff at Yesan Information were very kind and friendly. The people at the Peddler's Museum were also very kind. It was a walk, but there were places to eat and convenience stores. The shabu-shabu restaurant on the first floor of Resom Spa was delicious and the staff were kind. They even booked my return bus ticket for me. Thank you to the people of Yesan for your kindness.

It was larger than I expected, and the parking lot was large and spacious, which was nice. The maximum number of people is 4, but the basic price is for 2 people. I paid 10,000 won per person (payment upon check-in). The accommodation was nice and clean. The bathroom water was also warm. I liked the amenities provided, so I used it comfortably! I enjoyed the welcome drink given at check-in in the morning ^^

It's friendly, the location, and the towels are good, but the structure and style are very different from the room introduced in the hotel. It's a shame that the bed mattress is a little hard.

The location of the hotel is bad so there are no restaurants nearby. It is inconvenient because there are no convenience stores or other convenience facilities, but the condition of the hotel rooms and facilities are good. It's clean and the bed is great.

The staff is friendly and it's clean and nice.. If you're nearby, be sure to visit. Good for the price

좋았습니다. 다시 가면 이용할 마음이 있고, 지인에게 소개를 할 만큼 좋았고, 온천 이용 후 쉬었가 가거나 묵을 수 있어 체력 안배에 더욱 좋은 곳이라 생각됨.

객실이 넓어 답답하지 않은게 제일 맘에 들었어요.

화장실 샤워기 쪽이 관리가 너무 안되어 있어서 아쉽지만 다른 것들은 괜찮아요
