The service was very good and they helped us change to a river view room. However, the hardware facilities are relatively old, the carpets are patched, the windows cannot be locked, and other minor problems. There is a lonely parrot in the lobby, but the water given to it never seems to be enough. Every time I look at it, it is empty. There is also a little excrement in the food bowl. One of the favorite hotels in Yibin. During the rest time, I always like to experience the hotel. Every time I went to Lizhuang, I passed by Siyue, and I thought this hotel was so quiet. This time I finally had the opportunity to stay. It was a wonderful experience with a baby. I think it can be called the back garden of Yibin people, it is so beautiful. The air is fresh, sitting on the balcony at night, blowing the wind, listening to the sound of frogs, as if returning to childhood. The staff in this hotel are very lovely and the service is very attentive. Because I had a baby, the switchboard changed the room type. Vincy at the switchboard is like a personal butler, still recommending food to me at 10 o'clock in the evening, and my needs can always be effectively resolved in a short time. Holiday Inn Express hotels are well selected. This hotel is located in the new district, quiet and not noisy but not biased. The night view at night is beautiful. Intelligent and manual services are not bad. The room is clean and compact, and there are several highlights in the design: the sink is outside the bathroom, which does not affect the toilet and bath/twin room. There are two reading lights and small partitions. It is more private/the mattress is moderately soft and hard. The pillows are soft and hard. Finally, I can sleep at ease/in the morning Chinese and Western styles are available, and the dishes are rich. The only downside is that the window is narrower and the air flow is limited.

This is a very good hotel, everything is almost brand new, and very well located with proximity to the high-speed railway station. We've had excellent services throughout, including restaurant and house-keeping staff. We'd like to commend the two young chaps 云森 and 时来 at the Front Desk. They went out of their way to help and accommodate customers. We've had an absolutely positive experience at the hotel and would definitely come back to stay the next time we're in Yibin.
