Ewan Yiwan Homestay (Lingang Xintiandi)

I've stayed here many times. The service is excellent, the environment is very clean, and the rooms even have refrigerators. There are also many restaurants nearby. I always book this place when I travel with friends; it's great value for money, and they respond promptly to any questions. 👍🏻

The room layout is perfect for friends, and I especially loved the great natural light from the windows. The owner was also very kind and welcoming.

This guesthouse experience was absolutely divine! The owner is incredibly nice, practically the epitome of "always ready to help"! Even though we've had several owners, they never complained. The entire stay felt like staying at a friend's house, and every need was met with gentle and considerate care. The room was clean and cozy, with all the amenities, and most importantly, the owner was so kind and loving! This experience definitely deserves five stars, and I'll definitely be back! There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel is located in Lingang New World, and the itinerary for the day included Lizhuang and the Three Rivers Eye, making it convenient for dining and transportation. The hotel is a duplex upstairs, and the rooms are quite small. I only realized it was an interior window room after self-check-in. It had Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dehumidifier, and a clothes rack, but the amenities were really basic. The hot water ran out after only 15 minutes in the shower, and the bath towels were soaked through without being replaced. The power outlet by the bed was loose and wouldn't plug in properly, no wonder the projector wouldn't work... I had to charge it on the wall at the foot of the bed. The owner should probably cut corners and at least improve the amenities.

Facilities: Putting everything else aside, the room I booked based on the pictures didn't match the actual room. The facilities were old, and the air conditioner wasn't working; it ran for over an hour before I had to contact the owner to get it replaced. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was terrible. The bedside table was covered in dust, clearly having not been cleaned in ages. The odor was stronger closer to the bed. Environment: At night, around 1 AM, there was a constant, very loud water sound near the bed. Around 2 AM, there was a loud noise from upstairs or somewhere else; the soundproofing was terrible. Someone was smoking outside, and the room reeked of smoke. Also, if you need pets, this guesthouse has them everywhere, randomly appearing – it's disgusting. This is the first time I've seen a guesthouse with such a terrible environment, odor, and insects all at once. Tourists to Yibin, please be cautious!

It's pretty good. The TV can be cast, the location is easy to find, there are many restaurants nearby, and it's convenient to go anywhere.

The room is spacious, has a kitchen so you can cook your own meals, the environment is nice, and the facilities are complete. I'll definitely come again next time.
