Wyndham Grand Yichang Riverside

The hotel is great! I've stayed in both city view rooms facing the street and river view rooms, and both were really good. The views from the higher floors are definitely fantastic. All the amenities are very well-appointed. The service is also excellent. The location is super convenient; it's lively downstairs with a commercial street and local snacks. You can also enjoy the riverside scenery by taking a stroll along the river.

The hotel's location is excellent. We were welcomed by security and a doorman at the entrance, and someone also helped with our luggage. Check-in was on the 34th floor, and there were staff downstairs to guide us. Felix also introduced us to the hotel's nearby facilities. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options, highly recommended.

The hotel's environment and service are top-notch, and the location is very convenient. On one of the days, we had an early start, and the hotel packed breakfast for us. They also offer free oranges. Highly recommended!

Extremely satisfied! The hotel proactively contacted me beforehand to inquire about my preferences, which was very thoughtful. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was incredibly warm and friendly, leaving an excellent first impression of Yichang. The hotel is very new and everything is exceptionally clean and tidy. The room facilities all worked perfectly, and they even prepared special umbrellas, slippers, and toothbrushes for children, which shows great attention to detail. The hotel's location is superb, right next to Wanda Plaza and adjacent to the Three Gorges Tourist Service Center, making getting around very convenient and stress-free. Garbo was very attentive and thorough, which significantly enhanced our stay, and my child loved it. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Yichang and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Staying here for the May Day holiday was super convenient. It's about an 8-minute walk to the Wanda business district, and the Two Dams and One Gorge tourist center is also close by, about an 8-minute walk. You just cross the road and you're at the riverside, which is lovely for a stroll. The service was also excellent; they provided fruit and desserts, and the drinks in the fridge were complimentary.

Great location, and the front desk and concierge services were excellent. Breakfast was a bit crowded with many people. My only complaint is that the check-in wait was incredibly long; I waited for nearly two hours in the lobby coffee shop. Giving it five stars, hoping my hometown hotel keeps getting better!

I stayed for four nights while visiting Yichang, and the environment, service, and location were all really good. The butler service was also excellent. My only suggestion would be to offer more variety at breakfast; by the last two days, I really didn't know what to eat anymore.

Service: The service was incredibly thoughtful. We barely had to lift a finger with our luggage. We were attended to by Garbo from the concierge, who even greeted us with ice cream and coffee vouchers upon arrival. When we left, they gave us a farewell gift, which made it feel like amazing value for money! Environment: The hotel is very new, and the lobby offers stunning river views.

Zoe gave us the most amazing service in this 'city of calls' (referring to the city's vibe). You truly embodied the motto 'wherever you go, we're there.' I hope more guests discover and appreciate you. We will definitely be back!
