One the good hotels near Yichang Railway station. Public Transport is available at hotel entrance. The three gorges dam visit can be booked also at the hotel lobby as one of the representative of tour company is available there. Halal food is also less than 50m.
Overall Good Experience.

Walking distance from the train station and local bus routes. I enjoyed my stay. Very clean rooms and friendly staff.

The wall between the bathroom and the room is made of glass, which results in poor sound insulation. The toilet flushes loudly, and sleeping people will be woken up when the toilet flushes at night or in the morning. The room itself is not soundproofed either. The floor is either solid wood laminate or a plastic carpet imitating the floor. There was not much for breakfast, and the snacks seemed to be small biscuits scattered outside. The overall feeling is similar to an ordinary B&B, with slightly better hygiene. If it weren't for the fact that it was relatively close to the train station, I probably wouldn't have chosen it. It was worse than other express hotels I've stayed at before.
