The hotel facilities are complete, and it's about a ten-minute drive from the airport, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also quite good, and the hotel offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

The hotel is pretty good. The room is spacious and very close to the airport. It's also very clean, and the staff are friendly. There's a small park downstairs, and it's quiet with the windows closed. Overall, it's a decent stay!

The room and environment were fine, but there was absolutely no service! They said they offered free airport shuttle, but when we arrived, they told us we could only choose one-way! There was no prior notification or explanation. The staff didn't crack a single smile! For a 4-star hotel, they just looked sullen at guests and didn't even greet them! They only greeted their superiors when they appeared, completely ignoring the guests! Dining at the restaurant was even worse! Prices were all above 70! The restaurant staff seemed completely unprepared when we came to eat, as if no one had dined there in ages! The environment was mediocre and the hygiene was even worse! It's a far cry from a 4-star hotel! I wouldn't recommend staying here!

We stayed in room 1310 and the staff were extremely helpful Yuan Noa supplied us with milk from the kitchen so we could have a hot drink when we arrived She also supplied our room with a welcome pack of oranges and biscuits Extremely welcoming

We only spent an afternoon in this hotel, resting between flights, but if we could have, we would have picked it up and brought it with us on our trip. A real gem at the price of a rhinestone. Their restaurant served a delicious lunch too.

Great location with a free shuttle to Yichang Sanxia Airport. Our room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. We arrived mid-afternoon feeling hungry, but the onsite restaurant was closed. The manager kindly asked the restaurant staff to open the kitchen just for us, allowing us to enjoy a late lunch—something we truly appreciated. Service from every staff member was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re flying out of Yichang Sanxia Airport.

Strangely, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed during my 21 days travelling in China on a USD 100-125 per night budget. It has electronic face scanner at the door (for Chinese speaker only tho, or just use the keycard like me as usual) and in-room Ai (Chinese language only) and the room size is generous, high ceiling, very well-appointed and maintained. Bathroom is super clean (aka. no corner mould). They're a bit far from the Yichang downtown, but then Didi taxi is cheap in China so we just hail a Didi for meals. They also have free airport shuttle for my 5.30am check out. Will stay here again when I'm at Yichang.

No doubt, superb location, just minutes to Yichang Airport. What make 桃花岭 different are service minded staff, cleanliness, amentities (washing machines and dryers) and relaxing environment. I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I am about to take off from Yichang Airport and will book for one more night to enjoy its facilities and atmosphere.

Great hotel. Very clean and rooms are quite sizable. Love the atmosphere and the staff were very helpful trying to sort out our flights which was rescheduled. Friendly staff as well. Airport is a 500m walk but they provide airport drop off.
