Hotel Royal Chiao Hsi

Nestled serenely on a mountainside in Jiaoxi, this hotel offers both outdoor and indoor hot spring pools. The lobby is a hub of activity, featuring piano performances and mini-concerts. A convenient shuttle service is available to Jiaoxi Old Street. Guest rooms come in both Japanese tatami and European styles, each with its own private hot spring bath. The hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner boast a wide array of delicious options, and the staff are consistently warm and courteous.

I paid an extra 2000 NTD for birthday decorations, and this is what I got. My friend, who was traveling with me, had a crazy allergic reaction because the sofa wasn't properly cleaned. The room itself cost nearly 20,000 NTD.

The hotel boasts hot spring facilities, with some room types featuring a private hot spring tub on the balcony. They also offer a shuttle service to and from Taipei (additional charge) and Jiaoxi, which requires advance booking. It's incredibly convenient, allowing you to travel to and from Taipei Main Station in just an hour. The buffet restaurant has two dining time slots, and the food quality is excellent and diverse.

I really loved the room's design; it was so comfortable and thoughtful. Everything was arranged with such care, even the delicate floral designs were beautiful and perfectly placed. The entire hotel's design perfectly complements the beautiful surrounding scenery.

The facilities are complete, the views are beautiful, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. The room had no musty smell, the staff were all very friendly, and the restaurant replenished food quickly. It's a great place for a vacation.

We took the shuttle from Hotel Royal Taipei, and the wait in the lobby was a great experience. Everyone was very proactive in their service, from the doorman to the staff who handled our luggage. Upon arriving at the hotel, the service was also incredibly friendly. We barely had to touch our luggage from start to finish. The service at this hotel is truly outstanding!

This hotel has so many facilities to enjoy. The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. The night view from outside the restaurant is stunning, and you can enjoy the hot springs and swimming there. In the morning, you can also go to the public hot springs. Once you check in, you really don't need to leave at all. It's a completely relaxing and enjoyable experience, highly recommended!
