The hotel facilities and service quality are both five-star standard, truly excellent.

This hotel is perfect for kids! The children's play area is a fantastic place for them to burn off energy. The room views are also excellent, offering glimpses of Guishan Island and the sea. The restaurant food was delicious, and the swimming pool is great for both adults and children. The hot springs area is very clean with beautiful scenery, and the staff were all very enthusiastic and helpful.

Overall, it was very comfortable, and we could also enjoy ourselves just staying at the hotel.

The hotel's overall design and style are excellent. The sea view room offers a fantastic view, and the hot spring bath is thoughtfully designed with adjustable water temperatures. The room is very spacious. After checking in, I truly felt that enjoying the sea view from the room was an absolute pleasure.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautiful, offering hot springs, a spa, a swimming pool, an indoor playground, and a gym, all regularly maintained. Furthermore, the restaurant serves fresh ingredients with a wide variety of choices. Overall, the stay was a fantastic experience!

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with thoughtful amenities perfect for kids. The location is a bit out of the way, which is great for pure relaxation. Breakfast was comprehensive and delicious, and they even showed movies in the evenings.

Pros: 1. The sea view from the suite is excellent. 2. The room is spacious. 3. The breakfast is delicious with many local specialties. 4. Close to the beach. 5. The amenities like the game room, pool, and trampoline are great. 6. The plaza is very nice, and the view is fantastic when you walk around it. Areas for improvement: 1. At breakfast, as soon as we sat down, a staff member told us with a stern face that we could only eat for 90 minutes. This felt extremely poor. For the price of the room, both the attitude and the rule were very uncomfortable. Few people eat breakfast for 90 minutes, so why bother? 2. The sea view suite lacked a coffee machine, the lighting was dim, and small details like bath bag liners for the tub were missing, which felt inadequate.

The hot spring facilities were well-maintained, making for a truly therapeutic soak. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, providing attentive and warm service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast spread was extensive with fresh ingredients, and the overall quality exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel whether you're looking to relax on vacation or celebrate a special occasion. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Yilan!
