Response from Property: 感謝您的留言與建議，我們非常重視每一位旅人的回饋，尤其是一樓房型的體驗。一樓的隔音我們已持續加強宣導，入住時會特別提醒晚上10點後需保持安靜，希望每一位旅人都能享有安穩的夜晚。熱水部分也已請同仁加強提醒：因為熱水是從頂樓流下來，確實會需要一點時間和「耐心的水流儀式」才能出現熱騰騰的溫暖，我們也會更清楚向每位房客說明，避免誤會。我們其實一直很希望，入住一樓的旅人可以感受到不一樣的特色——離咖啡機最近、窗外有陽光、有一種「在家客廳」的親切感，雖然還在努力打磨這份獨特，但宇宇一定會越來越好！希望未來有機會再來宇宇，讓我們把這些「還沒做到最好」的地方，補給您一段更好的回憶：）
