We stayed for two nights in a twin room with a Japanese-style design and two hot spring baths. The room was bright and comfortable. The hotel also offers multiple indoor and outdoor cold spring pools for guests to use free of charge, which is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The only area for improvement I'd suggest is for the hotel staff to proactively offer assistance with luggage. On the day we checked out, there were a few staff members standing idly in the lobby. Seeing guests struggling with luggage, they really should have stepped in to help.

This hotel is perfect for families with young children. The breakfast is an all-you-can-eat set menu, and it's delicious. They even contacted us to ask if we needed a sterilizer and a small bathtub for our little one, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Third visit to the Landis Resort & Spa for a family trip! Every time, my family eagerly requests to celebrate birthdays at this wonderful place. My parents can relax in the hot springs, and the kids can happily splash around in the pool. Special thanks to the attentive hotel service and the professional lifeguards for their care. Everyone had a fantastic time! There's also a stunning beach nearby for a lovely stroll. And I highly recommend Fumei Seafood Restaurant. It was another relaxing and perfect trip! ❤️❤️

The services were all very thoughtful, and all the staff were polite. They were always quick to assist with any questions or issues. The only minor drawbacks were the outdoor parking lot across from the hotel, which was quite inconvenient on rainy days. Also, the hot spring area had children playing with inflatable toys, disturbing other guests. There should be a dedicated children's splash zone to separate them. There were no showers in the hot spring area, so we had to go back to our room to shower after soaking. The steam room had a strange odor, possibly like urine. Breakfast was served as a set meal, but I didn't like everything on the plate. A buffet would have been better, allowing for free selection and portion control.

Very nice hotel with indoor and outdoor pool facilities and hot spring tubs in room. Breakfast is excellent especially porridge and noodles. Will return for the delicious food and kids friendly facilities!
