Just Sleep Jiaoxi

A wonderful stay. I had originally booked two Japanese-style rooms, but since the mattresses were on the floor, it would have been inconvenient for my elderly parents. So, we upgraded one room on-site to a Western-style room for them. The room was larger than expected, and the onsen bath and shower were clean. Although there were some minor cleanliness issues, the Front Office staff handled them promptly and thoughtfully. 👍 The breakfast restaurant didn't look very big, but the variety and selection of breakfast items were very rich, and the taste was excellent. As expected, during major holidays, you'll have to queue for breakfast everywhere, so I recommend avoiding peak times! The staff were all very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by the huge bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. The bathroom was clean and bright, with a separate wet and dry area for the shower. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was absolutely delicious.

I was upgraded to a quad room which was very comfortable! You can enjoy the hot spring right in your room. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel staff were very friendly, willing to assist, and provided excellent service. Downstairs in the lobby, you can enjoy snacks, drinks, and coffee. There are also public hot springs and a gym. The only downsides are that the electrical outlets in the room are very loose; whether I plugged in my own charger or the hotel's hairdryer, they kept falling out, interrupting charging or hair drying. The TV remote control also had a poor connection; even when I pressed the buttons hard, they felt loose, and I couldn't change channels or operate the TV properly.

The room was spacious. Since it was a family member's birthday, I requested some decorations, and the hotel added some balloons and even gave us two face masks as a nice gesture. The hot spring water wasn't quite hot enough. I was also worried about the curtains being see-through, but when I asked the staff, they said they had tested them and they weren't transparent from the outside. The outdoor children's hot spring area with the little yellow duck decorations was indeed cute. During breakfast, the restaurant's air conditioning wasn't cool enough. There's a door in the restaurant, and it's close to the hotel's main entrance, so it's frequently opened and closed, which made it not cool enough and a bit stuffy. In the middle of July during the summer holidays, it definitely made us sweat a little. Other than that, everything else was pretty good, and the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to Jiaoxi train station, just a few minutes' walk away. There are also many restaurants and massage hot springs nearby.

The room was bright and clean, with strong air conditioning. It wasn't huge, but it was spacious enough for two people, and I didn't have to walk around to grab things. The bathtub was big and very comfortable for a soak. The breakfast was good; I didn't get tired of it even after two days. Plus, there was a cute cat!

We originally stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi with a tour group, and later booked an additional room through the platform. It turned out to be an excellent decision! Compared to the fast pace of the group tour, extending our stay at Just Sleep was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. I must commend the current service team at the hotel; they are truly outstanding and provide excellent service quality. A big thank you to General Manager Vera Yang for her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and meticulous care. Gina at the front desk always greeted us with a radiant and friendly smile, offering wonderful service. Tony was highly efficient in his assistance, and Cathy in reservations showed great emotional intelligence in understanding and helping us. The hotel's location is perfect. Although it's within the scenic area, the surroundings are incredibly peaceful, with lush greenery and a gentle stream – perfect for a leisurely stroll. The breakfast ingredients were clearly carefully selected for their high quality and delicious taste. The hot spring tub in the room is very spacious, complemented by large glass windows, allowing you to enjoy the green trees and distant mountains while soaking – truly relaxing. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Sipping coffee while gazing at the green vegetation outside truly felt blissful. This hotel is truly a highlight of our trip; Just Sleep is fantastic! We look forward to staying here again!

Great location! You can easily walk out and explore the main street. The room was clean, and the private hot spring tub was hot enough. The only downside is that the double room felt a bit cramped, very much like a typical Japanese-sized room. The staff were friendly and welcoming! They also have a cute outdoor hot spring area and playground for kids, and you can even request a suitable pillow, which is pretty cool. Overall, it was surprisingly good! The kind of place I'd want to come back and stay at again~~
