Cats on-site immediately earned a thumbs-up from me! However, the phone number listed on Trip was a dead end; I only managed to get through using the number from Google. Please make sure to update your contact information. The room itself exceeded expectations! I was delighted to find an indoor swing and a separate bathtub, and the space was generously sized. Right next door is a small, family-friendly farm – it's not huge, but it's enough to keep you entertained for about an hour (half an hour visiting the animals, half an hour playing outside), and they also offer DIY activities. Be prepared for mosquitoes, as they're present both outdoors and indoors, so definitely bring your repellent. There's a simple outdoor pool if you fancy a swim, and it's incredibly convenient to get to Luodong by scooter or bike. I'm already looking forward to staying here again on my next visit!

The outdoor facilities are great for kids; mine loved the paddle boats and trampolines. Right next door, there's a small animal petting zoo with meerkats, capybaras, giant tortoises, alpacas, and more. They're absolutely adorable! You can get up close to pet and feed them. The capybara-themed shaved ice and chocolate egg waffles at the snack bar were also super cute and delicious. However, there were a few downsides. The bathroom in our room was spacious but didn't have a door, which felt a bit odd. The soundproofing wasn't great; we could clearly hear people talking loudly outside. Additionally, one of the bed frames creaked whenever we moved, and the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. It would be much better if these issues were addressed. On a positive note, breakfast was pretty good, and it was served as individual portions.

Our room at Xingmeng was small but very cozy and clean, and the soundproofing was quite decent. Not sure if it wasn't fully booked, though! The highlight, however, was how incredibly nice, friendly, and enthusiastic all the staff were. The guesthouse also offered some great recreational facilities, clearly designed with a lot of care. The dining area was beautiful as well, perfect for taking photos! We would definitely love to stay here again!

The room was very spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast was also very extensive and delicious, quite filling even for one person. The capybaras at the mini-farm next door were incredibly adorable, and each one would 'shake hands'!

The place was clean and tidy. It would be great if breakfast included congee and some traditional side dishes. Also, there are animals nearby that you can feed.

Breakfast was a simple set meal: pork chop, lettuce, fries, and a boiled egg. The property has an outdoor play area where kids can run wild. Our room was clean and odor-free. The hairdryer was powerful, the shower had strong water pressure, and the soundproofing was excellent.

Being able to interact with many small animals was a wonderful experience. The room was also very clean.

Family-friendly! Both adults and kids had a blast. It's a truly comprehensive resort.

I wasn't paying attention to the time on the day of our visit and missed the animal feeding. We had other plans the following day, so I'll have to look forward to it next time. The breakfast the next day was a set menu, and it was incredibly generous and filling. They even had fries and chicken nuggets, which both adults and kids loved – it was fantastic!

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from Luodong Night Market. A great perk is that your room card grants you direct access to the Star Dream Theater next door, where you can see and interact with small animals. We loved it so much that we went back for another interaction with the animals after breakfast, just before checking out, and it was a lot of fun!

Overall, pretty good. The service was excellent. It's great for families with kids as there are many animals. Definitely worth a return visit.

The room was very clean, and breakfast was decent. As I didn't drive, a taxi from the train station cost me around 40 RMB. There aren't many dining options in the vicinity in the evening, so I'd recommend having a more substantial meal in the afternoon before heading to the hotel. It's particularly well-suited for families with children, and a great perk is that guests receive two-day access to the zoo.

The food was fantastic, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the animals were absolutely adorable. Our guides were very professional, making for a truly excellent experience. We even received a complimentary upgrade! Just a note: you'll need your own transport to get around.
