The overall environment was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist guests with any issues. It's suitable for families, couples, and spouses, especially with the parent-child activities that enhance emotional interaction.

This hotel is great, and the location is excellent. You can easily get there by train, and it's right in the town center with many delicious restaurants nearby. I've stayed here many times, and it offers great value for money.

This stay was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable with a great ambiance thanks to the TV's mood lighting – perfect for watching movies at night. The private hot spring tub in the bathroom was large and filled up quickly, and the spring water felt amazing. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a truly relaxing rest. The staff were friendly and polite, and overall, it was great value for money. I'd definitely want to stay here again next time I'm in Jiaoxi!

Excellent value, the hot springs were comfortable, and the breakfast was abundant.

The rooftop has a hot spring bath, and the rooms have large bathtubs. The breakfast offers a wide selection. Although the facilities aren't brand new, overall it's great value for money! The spacious parking lot is a huge plus.

Great location, close to the train station, just a 10-minute walk to the hotel. It's clean and tidy, and the room is spacious enough. Breakfast is simple, but the bathtub was super comfortable for a soak. Good value for money, I'd definitely stay again.

Conveniently located at town centre, meters away from the train station and shopping. Room is spacious and clean. Big bathtub to enjoy private onsen (hot spring) in your own room. There are also public bathtub located on he roof of hotel. Complimentary breakfast was a plus, with variety of western bakery and Asian dishes at choice. We enjoyed our short one night stay, would stay again!

Good sized room, great location. Breakfast is served at the basement so a bit dark and unventilated.

The hotel's website photos are for reference only. Room cleanliness needs improvement. To charge devices, you have to open the nightstand as there are no other outlets in the room. We stayed in a 4-person room, and the bathroom mirror faced one of the beds. After one night, we felt quite uneasy. Our child kept crying, saying 'don't bother me,' and the adults couldn't sleep well, waking up frequently throughout the night, feeling as if there was 'someone else' in the room. However, the location and staff service were excellent. The lady serving breakfast in the morning was very polite and proactive in helping us.

The hotel rooms are very new, and there's a large bathtub for hot springs in the room. There's also a dedicated parking lot next door, which is convenient. Check-in at 3:30 PM is a bit late, and the public swimming pool only opens at 5:00 PM, which shortens the usage time. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, both Chinese and Western, and you can even make your own Danzai noodles, which is a nice touch.

The location is excellent with many shops and food options nearby. The train station is also within walking distance. However, the room felt dated though the onsen bathroom is awesome and we enjoyed our private onsen baths. The free breakfast was sufficient for non-picky eaters but we think the hotel would benefit from a refresh or facelift as its age is clearly showing.

Checked in on Jan 31st and checked out on Feb 3rd. The breakfast and service were excellent. The only minor issue was the air conditioning. It was quite cool during my stay, but the room's AC control was extremely unsatisfactory. Even with the fan or heating set to 30 degrees Celsius, the actual temperature remained around 23 degrees. I asked the front desk for assistance, but it couldn't be resolved.

There is no individual control of heat and or air conditioning  The room has warm air supply in the afternoon but has cold air all night but definitely from outside as the temperature was around 15C night time There is not enough clothes hangers and lacks a hairdryer  I do not mind the kettle takes much longer time than my expectation as long as it works  the window cannot be closed tightly and i could here people talking on the street in the morning  overall experience is good and location, a short walk from rail station, is excellent
