Having a kimono experience is truly a great hotel perk. There are even small animals inside the hotel, so you can essentially enjoy a full two days just staying in the hotel. You don't even need to go out to have a wonderful time.

This was one of my most disappointing hotel experiences in recent years. Firstly, the hotel offered a great variety of activities, and the overall quality was quite good. However, during check-in, the front desk made no effort to find out which activities we might be interested in. As a result, we missed out on some activities because we hadn't made reservations. Furthermore, upon check-in, I wasn't asked if I was interested in dining at the hotel's restaurants that evening. When I tried to make a reservation at 4 PM, I was told the restaurants were fully booked. Eventually, the manager helped me get a table at the Japanese restaurant. But the strangest thing was that when I arrived at the Japanese restaurant that evening, it was far from fully booked; at least 10 tables remained empty. Overall, the hotel's facilities are excellent, but the service simply doesn't match up.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids! The outdoor facilities are really fun and engaging. My kids absolutely loved the farm, and the adults had a blast on the aerial rope course. The rooms were super comfy too!
