I will highly recommend to stay at this hotel for family trip. The environment is good and the kids can feed the animals there and have DIY.

飯店入口位置指標不是很明確，服務櫃檯人員態度有點冷淡，其他部門人員服務良好。園內設施多元，適合親子同遊

飯店的服務不錯，和服體驗如果能再早一個小時的話應會不錯；房間隔音不太佳，電視螢幕在現在來說缺少了較大眾化的手機投射或內建YouTube；床頭櫃缺少插座，只有再一邊床邊有插座等。

到了櫃台check in,會提供一張服務兌換券，可以穿浴衣拍照40分鐘很棒，拍得很開心。園區也有可愛的動物可以參觀，兌換牧草餵食水豚及羊駝，狐獴很可愛。憑券參觀園區外的黑ruru咖啡廳的瓦來黑鼻羊。除了在房間泡湯（熱水來的有點慢，有找工作人員來看，已解決），亦可以泡大眾湯。早餐是吃到飽的buffet,晚餐是當天才預約日式餐廳，所以只能單點，不能點火鍋。現在國旅不提供一次性備品，現場有自動販賣機可以買個人需要的備品。
