Yilan Jiaoxi Township Hotels

I was looking for a hotel in Jiaoxi where the in-room bath also had hot spring water, and this place fit the bill. The location is within walking distance of the train station and bus terminal, but since I had luggage, I took a bus from the terminal. It's right on a main bus road with a bus stop nearby, which was very convenient, and the hot spring park is directly in front, which was also a plus. Our room was a twin, but it had a sofa that could convert into an extra bed, and the space was ample. The bathroom had a bathtub with a window overlooking the outside, making it feel like an open-air bath. We didn't opt for breakfast, but there are plenty of eateries and restaurants nearby, so finding food was never an issue. There's a popular pastry shop nearby that always has a queue; their pannacotta roll cake was absolutely delicious and highly recommended!

The environment is comfortable, and the service is friendly. The private hot tub in the room is great, big enough for one person to lie down with room to spare, and it's very clean. The breakfast dining atmosphere is lovely, and the handmade DIY Christmas light was adorable.

This was my first time in Jiaoxi. The room included breakfast and had a private hot spring bath, which was great! 😎 The bath was also very large; several people could soak in it. I would definitely come back for the hot spring again. There's also a market nearby for shopping…and lots of good food around.

You'll need transportation to get around. The room was more spacious than I had anticipated, and the service was excellent. A complimentary minibar was a nice touch, and the refrigerator worked very well. However, there seemed to be some cleaning product residue in the bathtub. Additionally, the soundproofing was quite poor; noise from outside the door was very noticeable and often disturbed my sleep. Overall, despite these points, it was a very good stay.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the overall setup was excellent. After staying here, I'm already thinking about coming back when I have the chance. The hot spring pool is large, and the water pressure is strong. Given yesterday's low temperatures, it was a big plus that I didn't have to wait long to enjoy the hot spring. The hotel's location is also great; it's very convenient for ordering takeout if you don't feel like going out. 🥰 Highly recommend! Finally, today's breakfast had a wide variety of options, I only managed to try some of them, so I'll have to complete the experience next time. It was delicious, and you can even eat until 1:30 PM! 🥳

We stayed in the family room with a separate living room, and it was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. The room comes with an onsen tub, as well as a drinkable water tap that even provides hot water, which was very convenient. Breakfast had a good variety and was enjoyable. The hotel is also in a great location, with many shops just steps away. This was the best hotel stay of our trip, and we were very happy with our experience.

As two older adults, we really appreciated how convenient the hotel’s location was—close to the main attractions, food options, and the train station, yet still peaceful enough for proper rest. The room was clean, well-kept, and pleasantly spacious. The in-room hot spring bath was a highlight for us. It was easy to use, very relaxing, and perfect for soothing tired muscles at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, patient, and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. They never made us feel rushed and were consistently warm and professional. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with simple but tasty options that suited us well. We also appreciated how smoothly everything was managed—from check-in to housekeeping. Overall, Just Sleep Jiaoxi gave us a relaxing, fuss-free stay with great value. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Jiaoxi.

Room is clean but small. The chubby lady checking us in didn't show any hospitality. We checked in on an unbusy weekday, yet she put us in a room close to the main road with cars passing by with noises. The window insulation was poorly done, and not sound proof at all. The chubby lady never greeted us the whole time, not even a smile. Everytime we saw her, she turned her face, very cold. We didn't feel welcomed. When we checked out the next day, a different lady, much thinner and prettier, was very cheerful though. She was very polite. It would have been a nicer experience had we were served by her upon checking in.

The room was fully equipped with smart features, and although some of the devices were a bit clunky, it still made for a fantastic experience. The sound system was great, and the room itself was large and comfortable! The communal activity area even had a waterslide! While it was on the smaller side, even I, a 'big kid' at 168cm, had a blast on it. The ground-floor terrace pool was huge and wonderful, offering plenty of Instagrammable seating. There was even a separate smaller pool area! It's absolutely perfect for a family getaway with children, and the soundproofing is excellent, so you never have to worry about disturbing anyone. The in-room hot spring was superb! The tub was so spacious it felt like it could easily accommodate five people. The only minor downside was the bed, which was quite firm. However, for those who prefer a firm mattress, it's a major plus and a refreshing change from hotels that only feature soft beds.

We are highly impressed with the hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the end of our stay, we felt warm hospitality from every staff. We have originally booked a superior twin bed room and when they saw us with our child, they upgraded us to a family suite and they made sure our son got all the amenities such as a child's Yukata and his own toiletries. USome of the perks of staying here is there is happy hour every day with free flow of wines plus you will also enjoy the facilities at their sister hotel Just Sleep next door for eg. Kids zone and their indoor public hot spring. All in all more than 5 ⭐🌟✨✨, my son told me if we ever come back to Taiwan, please stay at this hotel again!
