A really great hotel, very grand and impressive. The service in all aspects was good, and the breakfast was quite abundant. The Chinese restaurant also had good food, making it very suitable for family trips.

Stayed for two nights, left in the morning and came back at 10:30 PM to find that the room hadn't been cleaned, no water, no tissues, and no toiletries or towels. I called them, and all they did was come up to empty the trash, and then asked if I wanted them to clean the room! I had to call a second time just to get water and tissues. What a bizarre hotel!

The hotel building is very impressive and grand. While it's not in the city center, there's a street right next door with plenty of restaurants, making dining very convenient. Registering your license plate at the parking lot allows unlimited in-and-out access during your stay, which is a great plus. The room was very spacious, and even though our room was right by the elevator, we didn't hear any noise at all. The lamb offal soup and egg pancakes at breakfast were good, though they are quite strict about height restrictions for children. The only thing I have to complain about is that their elevators seem to have a low IQ.

The room was great, and the hotel staff provided excellent service. I'll definitely book again next time.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is spacious, and I love the style. The lobby is especially stunning. It's clean, and the service is good too. The afternoon tea set in the lobby is also super lovely.

The location is quite close to Lanshan Park, a 20-minute walk or a few minutes by shared bike. The decor is quite luxurious, and the rooms are large with all the necessary amenities. As a five-star hotel in Yinchuan, especially a Sheraton, the service and hygiene leave something to be desired. When checking in, the front desk staff had a poker face and didn't offer any basic information. I don't know if she was in a bad mood or what. Also, an older gentleman came to ask for the Wi-Fi password, and she just pointed to the hotel sign and said, 'Look here.' I was baffled because there was no password displayed on the sign. Luckily, the gentleman was good-tempered and, after looking around confusedly, went to find another receptionist. The shower temperature adjustment in the bathroom is quite odd; you have to turn on the hot and cold water separately and then adjust it yourself. You have to readjust it every time, and my child got scalded a few times. Plus, there's a strange odor in the shower room, and I'm not sure what it is. I rarely give anything less than a 5-star rating unless the experience is truly subpar.

The suite is incredibly spacious with well-defined areas, and having two restrooms is a big plus. The lobby is stunning and has an 'old money' vibe. The executive lounge staff provided excellent service, especially Hanna, who was patient and attentive.

Five-star service is, as expected, impeccable. The only slight drawback is that the hotel facilities are a bit dated. Everything else was great. It's conveniently located near the high-speed train station and the museum. Definitely a good option for families traveling with children.

This was the worst hotel we stayed at during our nine-day trip, and it's really disappointing for an old, established hotel. The air conditioning automatically changed temperature and made a beeping sound, keeping me up all night with the constant ticking. I barely slept. Also, the hot and cold water taps were a bit confusing to use; on the first day, the temperature kept fluctuating, which was very strange.

The hotel as a whole is grand and impressive, the rooms are exquisitely decorated, and the service is excellent.

This was my first time in Yinchuan, and I can honestly say I chose the Sheraton Yinchuan without hesitation. It's an established five-star hotel, and the service, from the front desk to the rooms and even the lobby bar I visited, was excellent. Every staff member greeted me with a smile and provided attentive service. It was a fantastic experience. I also really appreciated the sour plum juice at the front desk – a glass of it instantly quenched my thirst upon entering the hotel on a hot summer day! I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Yinchuan!

The hotel's location and environment are excellent, with convenient transportation in the new district. There's ample parking, which is great for self-driving. The executive lounge's happy hour buffet dinner is also very convenient, so you don't need to leave the hotel for dinner. The staff are highly professional. Highly recommended!

The room decor was bright, and the lighting design was well-thought-out. There was a clock on the bedside table, which was convenient for checking the time, and the chocolate Danish at breakfast was delicious. However, there are some areas that could be improved, such as slow check-in – we only got our key card at 4 PM. There was also a small hole in the bedsheets, and the cleaning staff had a poor attitude.

We originally planned to stay at the Sheraton for a day after landing in Yinchuan, then go to Zhongwei for two days, and then return to the Sheraton for another two days. However, on the first day of our stay, we ended up canceling the remaining two nights. I had specifically requested a room away from the elevator, but the hotel still put us right next to it. What's more, we booked an executive room, but they assigned us to a floor that was farthest from the executive lounge, with over ten floors in between. The window faced a corner platform, which just made the front desk seem really inflexible. Since we were planning to return and stay again, shouldn't they have tried to make a good first impression? Instead, they just gave us this makeshift room. The hotel breakfast options were also very limited, with hardly anything worth eating.
