During the stay, there is no one to pick the pool casually, and the pool is larger than some hotels in Yinchuan. The semi-self-service small hot pot looks good, I didn't have time to experience it, and I stayed for the next time. More than 20 rooms should not support the buffet breakfast. The temperature of the meal delivered to the room cannot be guaranteed, the variety is not rich, the staple food is not enough for adults to eat, and the amount with children cannot be increased and needs improvement. The overall evaluation, the price control is reasonable, supplemented by hot springs, it is a bit interesting for relatives and friends to gather here.

The room is not bad, with children, the only downside is that the bath water is hot and cold, but it's not a big problem in hot weather. After putting down our luggage, we went to Manpu Town, where we ate and strolled, it was really beautiful. It is also very good to get up early the next morning and take the children to the hot springs. Three tickets are given to the room. Three hot spring tickets. Great value.

From the welcome to the departure everything was perfect with this stay. The location is fantastic and we really enjoyed the facilities, the pool, the executive lounge and breakfast were great. Special shout out and thanks to a few of the team who helped us, Aria upon arrival and Joanna with her team in the executive lounge. Definitely would recommend for the location, facilities and service. Thank you for a great stay.

great location and nice staff! would be perfect but unfortunately the A/C is not able to cool down the room properly unless you leave it turned on during the entire day (!) just to have a somewhat cool room (gets never below 23 degrees) when you return back in the evening. unfortunately, it seems that the A/Cs are switched off automatically during night time, which makes it unpleasently hot to sleep. reported the issue to the hotel and the only solution they offered us was to switch to a room facing north, which basically means that the A/Cs in all rooms must have this problem.

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

Because I travel by car, I like to live near the city, where parking is easy and there is no congestion. I also like to choose new hotels with clean and tidy facilities. It only takes ten minutes to drive to the famous Huaiyuan Night Market. There is ample parking space. Especially suitable for self-driving tours. Facilities: Brand new. Not inferior to five stars! Hygiene: Very clean, the supplies smell fresh. Even the carpets in the corridors are exceptionally neat. In the morning, I met an aunt cleaning other rooms in the corridor. I saw that she even cleaned the balcony handrails carefully. Environment: Each room has a large balcony. It looks out to Helan Mountain. It has a wide view and a comfortable mood. There are no places to eat around. It is not recommended if you don't have a car. Service: The service staff are of high quality and have good attitudes. This hotel should have been established for internal activities of the Central Group. It has just been announced to the outside world. All hardware standards are very good. Details down to the room paper bags and laundry bags can be compared to five-star hotels. The breakfast tastes good, but because there may be too few people staying, there are very few categories, which is understandable, so as to avoid waste.
