Wanhao Kaiyue International Hotel

Nice room, good service 👍

During my self-driving trip to Shanxi from Beijing, I had the best experience at this hotel. It was surprising that there was a Marriott Hyatt Hotel in an ordinary county like Ying County, and the price-performance ratio was very high. The hotel service was very detailed and warm, especially the free vehicle washing service for self-driving drivers, which was great! The restaurant's method of ordering dishes by drawing bamboo sticks was very novel. The food was good and cheap. I felt that many of the dinner customers were local family gatherings, mainly because the dining environment and price-performance ratio were too suitable. The lobby area was estimated by me and walked sideways. It was about 20X30 meters, very wide, and the area was so large that it was astonishing.

Facilities: The facilities are rather old; the bathroom curtain was broken and couldn't be lowered. The air conditioner didn't work for cooling, and the heating was too hot, so I had to sleep with the window open. Cleanliness: Generally acceptable; the pillowcases had a slight odor, but everything else was fine. Environment: There's an emergency center across the street, but at night we weren't bothered by the sound of ambulances. Those who mind this might consider it. Service: The front desk offered complimentary fruit, and the small restaurant had decent food, but the service was lacking; the staff seemed quite relaxed about their work.

The room is large, clean and tidy, giving guests a very comfortable feeling, and the facilities are new. The hotel has a tall and stylish appearance and a beautiful environment. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, providing emotional value. The hotel restaurant has a wide variety of products, cheap prices, and an elegant environment. I give them a thumbs up. Absolutely 5 points, I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

In addition to feeling the charm of the Millennium Wooden Pagoda, the trip to Ying County also left me with wonderful memories of staying at the Marriott Hotel! Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, the hygiene is very good, and the warm reminders are also reassuring! There are free purified water and welcome fruits in the room, and drinking water in the corridor can be taken at any time. Self-driving vehicles also provide free cleaning, and morning exercises are also very delicious! The most surprising thing is that there is also free midnight snacks in the evening. It can be seen that the store is very dedicated to service!
