房間夠大，也很乾淨，三樓就是足浴店，很方便，停車場就在負一層，泊車方便。
房間沒放剃鬚刀，管房的姐姐也馬上送兩個進房。

酒店位置好，離湞陽湖和濱江公園不遠，有地下停車場，停車方便，通過攜程訂的酒店，前台收到訂單就主動打電話加微信，如有需要可以直接聯繫前台，前台服務員的服務很暖心。住的時候有旅遊團，早餐品種沒有了也能很快補上，吃飽沒有問題。房間乾淨衞生，住得很舒服。

這個酒店的服務非常的差。所有服務員的態度都非常惡劣。特別是經理及以上的都是個爺。找服務員拿兩瓶礦泉水就是不給。找前台説要收費。我説收費你也給我送兩瓶。結果一個經理送了兩瓶水，非常惡劣的語氣説這個要收錢。我把水退回去了，自己去石頭店買了兩瓶水。這樣惡劣的酒店希望平台也得好好查一查。在網上訂房的人，一個真實的服務態度。很差的一次體驗。以後再也不要住這個酒店了，希望大家也慎重選擇。

酒店的服務真的是沒得説，客房服務更是細緻入微，每天都會按時打掃房間，更換床單被罩等生活用品，前台小姐姐也給延遲退房了，超讚的
