Perch Lake Hotel

The location is very convenient, with indoor parking! There's a family suite available for four people to stay together! The hotel restaurant was also delicious, and we had both dinner and breakfast there. The room was clean, except for the master bedroom, which lacked a nightlight and wasn't bright enough.

When checking in, the front desk colleague had no smile. When she asked me for my ID, she didn't use professional words like "please ask". She took my ID and said, "The person staying here needs to provide ID." I said you already have my ID, and then she said the person staying here needs to register. There was no subject or other words at all. I was checking in with a friend at the time, but my friend was not staying. It was not professional for her to say that. The floor attendants didn't smile or say hello when they saw the guests. I was preparing to have breakfast in the morning, and the housekeeper asked me if I wanted to clean up when she saw me coming out of the room. I said to help me pick up the garbage on the coffee table first, and wait until I came back to do the rest. Then she asked if only garbage collection was ok and there was no cleaning today. I repeated it again, and she asked if there was no cleaning today. Finally, I said to wait until I came back, and she gave up. This kind of trickery is really unacceptable to guests.

This time I booked a family room with a mahjong machine. The service was good. It was similar to the photos, not much different.

The hotel staff were super polite, so polite that I felt a little embarrassed. They helped with the luggage and wanted to take it upstairs. The hotel environment was also OK. The food in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was average.

Facilities: Basically complete, including disposable slippers. The mattress is too soft. Service: On the premise of having a room, I took the initiative to upgrade the room type to lake view, although the lake view is basically invisible because the floor is too short. (The front desk is generally not willing to give high floors) Breakfast doesn't taste very fresh. Might as well order takeout. Location: Not close to bustling areas and commercial streets, so traveling basically requires driving. It is only ten minutes away from Baojing Palace, but Baojing Palace is not worth visiting. Apart from commercial development, the entertainment facilities and attractions are not distinctive. The glass bridge and cave are ordinary and not recommended.
