進入去一股味道，打開窗户通風一下還行，而後看到床上被套皺皺的，拉開一看，頭髮一條，我馬上打電話給前台小姐姐，溝通一下，小姐姐服務真的好差，叫我不要動房間東西，馬上落來叫我換房間，沒意識到服務態度差。我來了，好晚了，換另一間比較好一點，住下來。希望前台小姐姐多培訓一下服務禮儀

衞生好一般，床那邊有一股臭腳丫的味道，晚上睡到一半直接被蟲子咬醒，癢了衹一個晚上，然後終於睡著了，凌晨4點就有公雞一衹叫。我訂的是2米2的特大床，真的好好笑，床架2米，床墊衹有1.8。。。

升級了大床套房，在攜程訂房這麼多年，第一次遇到這麼嚴重的廁所反味問題。幸好前台還是很給力，馬上用清潔劑和漂白粉處理，問題有所改善。由於我是住兩晚，時間一長，反味還是會出現，衹能再次處理。感覺是淋浴間地漏無做封口處理導致的。還是感謝前台的處理，不然再靚的江景也無心欣賞。

訂了三間房，還是豪華的，可是晚上10點多，電梯停了，9樓下去，衹能走樓梯，太奇葩了，每個房間的座機都沒接通，自己手機打電話到前台都沒人接電話

這間酒店已入住多次了，前台服務態度很好，房間乾淨衞生，房間夠大，停車也很方便，在門口就可以停車了，所以，來黎溪住這間酒店是首選。忘記拍照。

榻榻米床的床墊似乎有點舊，凹凸不平的。。
木格子圍起來的'沙發'巨矮，沒有使用意義。

位置方便，免費停車，但房間有煙味，要注意透氣，馬上官了房，新房間還是夠大的，視野開闊，性價比高，其他都好，就是房間都有煙味受不了，希望店家注意空氣清潔
