我本人算老五礦老顧客，新五礦重新裝修，價錢上漲，能理解，但是屋內基礎設定跟未翻新之前無區別，價錢增加體現在哪裡？ 三大垃圾： 一：上週入住，按金300，這周變為600，我在深圳定居，上海北京也經常出差，這個按金變化？營口物價局知道嗎？ 二：房間緊靠最邊，無線網根本連接不上，電視一直無信號，需要自己調試後面才可以，浴室地漏堵不住睡，雖然後期叫人維修。 三：服務人員垃圾，我攜帶孩子入住，在房間出現狀況，酒店問題，但是晚上前台讓我自己下樓取房卡，明明有機器人，故意讓我下樓？不由得懷疑其服務態度。 第二天，正常退房到2點，在未提前告知情況下，1點之前催促我下樓退房，酒店前告知我原因是，為了給團隊騰房，也就是我不配為消費者？所以綜合比較，服務人員服務有待思考。 最後，祝願其酒店開業大吉。

酒店大堂很温馨，前台旁邊有咖啡茶飲，門口還有個機器人迎賓，温馨又有創意，前台Allen幫我辦理退房手續，依然充滿熱情，快捷又高效，點贊👍
