Hampton by Hilton Yining

The hotel's location is superb, just a 10-minute walk from Liu Xing (Six Stars). The exterior environment is pleasant, and parking is convenient. The interior decoration is high-end and luxurious, and the room facilities are complete and well-equipped. Notably, there's a USB charging port on the armrest side of the sofa bed, and a thoughtful reminder posted by the TV wall, showing great attention to detail in their service. The room's hygiene is excellent; it's clean and tidy. The hotel's service is very enthusiastic. After booking, they proactively called to inquire about our check-in needs, provided a detailed introduction to the hotel upon arrival, and enthusiastically suggested sightseeing routes. The front desk lady, seeing that we were a family of three, even gave us a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was very rich, a combination of Chinese and Western dishes, with a good balance of meat and vegetables, and a wide variety of choices. The taste was excellent, especially the freshly made vegetable noodles, which were delicious, and the Kazakh milk tea was outstanding.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a kilometer's walk from Liu Xing Street. There are also several restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic; when we wanted to switch rooms, the manager patiently showed us various room types. Among the international chain brands we've stayed at in Yining, this one is quite good!

Traveling with kids, my hotel requirements are quite high. The room was incredibly spacious, with a sofa bed, allowing our family of four to each have their own bed and sleep wonderfully! The hotel's self-service laundry was such a pleasant surprise; the TV showed which machines were available, and once you started a wash, you could scan a QR code to see the remaining time. This made it very convenient for guests to manage their laundry, and the laundry room was super efficient, with hardly any queues. Absolutely fantastic, it left a great impression of Hilton!

The hotel offers free airport pick-up. The room was clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff were warm and thoughtful. There are also snacks like drinks and cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was good. It's not far from Liu Xing Street, accessible by foot or bike, but a bit of a distance from Kazanchi.

The hotel's location is excellent, only about five kilometers from the airport. The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful; they even put protective sleeves on our ID cards. We also received complimentary fruit and yogurt as a welcome. The room facilities were modern and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, and the bedding was excellent. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, with both Western pastries and local Xinjiang snacks. We left feeling full and ready for our trip to Sayram Lake.

This is a new hotel with excellent, modern facilities. The location is super convenient, just a short walk down the road to Liuxing Street. The parking lot is huge, perfect for those traveling by car. My only minor complaint is that the prices are a bit high during peak season, but otherwise, everything was great. The food was also delicious.

The hotel overall is good, and it's quite convenient to get to the city's attractions. However, the breakfast is just average.
