The room is small, not big, the bathroom is small, the floor is slippery and has many broken things as shown in the picture. The cafeteria has bad food, there is little food and it is in the basement, it is not convenient, it looks stuffy and smells bad.

It's very good and comfortable hotel already i extend one more night and i would like to thank all people working in the hotel the receptionist girls especially 月月she always smiling amd welcome us thank to the manager,the security guy, room cleaners staff, breakfast staff all of them they are kind and friendly thank you so much.☺️

It was a great hotel,if I come Yiwu I'll booking this hotel again because this almost 3 star.hotel location near district 3 .

The hotel is clean , the room is ok 👌. Have a decent breakfast meal selection .and the location is very close to the market.

Recommended. We had a wonderful stay at yiwu for 8D7N. Excellent location & can reach to international trade city no 3 by walked. Friendly Staff – Reception and housekeeping were welcoming and helpful. Comfortable Rooms ,Clean, spacious, and modern with a large bed arrange by reception staff as we bring our 3 yrs old son along. Good Amenities provide, which is I like so much the 24hrs coffee mechine at lobby. whenever we went our or come back to hotel, Its a must for me to take a cup of coffee first. not just coffee, milk tea or hot tea also provided. We manage to go all of TOP 5 YIWU's night market too. Its a happy trip !

The rooms are nice but a bit small. A plus for me was the balcony. But the hotel was really nice. A good location and breakfast was ok.

Extended my stay to one more day, but this last day was a real mess. They started doing renovation work and the entire floor was very noisy with builders working. I told cleaner not to enter my room for cleaning because I left my suitcases open but still they did clean and also the builders entered the room to renovation work in the bathroom when I was not in the room and they left the bathroom very dirty with all dirts and rubbish. This is totally not acceptable.
Response from Property: 親：您在點評中提到的問題我們非常重視，請允許我們解釋一下過程。第一，裝修的原因是因為部分客人説我們的隔音不好，於是我們更換了窗户，的確有些聲音。真是不好意思，但是時間也是非常短的，兩天之內我們就把窗户更換完畢了，衞生間的邊邊角角我們重新打了白膠，因為膠需要時間才會幹，所以未能及時清潔，實在是非常抱歉。第二，您和我們員工説不需要打掃，因為英文單詞NO和NOW這兩個單詞的發音太相似，我們以為您需要現在就需要打掃，這期間存在了誤會，我們也會加強培訓。總之這樣的情況之後絕對不會發生的。給我們一個機會，再次期待您的光臨。
