the International Trade City, Yiwu - Marriott Executive Apartments

Came here for a trip with another family and our friends. District 1 East is right across the street, making it super convenient to visit the International Trade City—just a quick walk across the road!

I had been planning a trip to Yiwu for a long time, and due to various reasons, the third attempt finally materialized. Since there were three of us in the family, hotel options were limited. Luckily, I found the Marriott Executive Apartments, which perfectly suited our needs. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. During check-in, Doris at the front desk was very patient and friendly. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten my facial cleanser at the hotel. When I contacted the hotel, they found it immediately and helped mail it back to me. Although it was a small item, the hotel staff's handling of the situation was very professional and diligent. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Excellent stay! It was my parents' wedding anniversary, and the hotel even upgraded our room and provided welcome fruits. The location is super convenient, only about 150 meters walk to Yiwu International Trade City District 1. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

I booked this hotel because it said there was no cigarette smell, but there was a strong smoke smell... The hallway was the worst, truly awful with the cigarette smell. And every night, I suffered from the lingering smell of cigarette smoke wafting up from the room below, presumably someone smoking there while I was trying to sleep. At least it didn't happen in the early morning, maybe because that person was also sleeping. Overall, the facilities feel old, but the staff are friendly. There's an ashtray right in front of the elevator? (And smoke was present too). I knew that smoking is common in China to some extent, but please be aware that it's worse than expected.

Traveling with family, Marriott Executive Apartments met our bedding requirements. It's in the same building as the hotel, just with different elevators. The service and amenities are standard five-star quality. Any issues or requests were handled promptly by the front desk and customer service. Thumbs up! There are plenty of dining options nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, which is very convenient. The East Expansion of District 1 of the International Trade City is just across a main road, easily accessible on foot. We went in for a look but quickly decided to leave. We then drove to District 6, where the new area definitely has better facilities, and the quality and design of the goods are a step above.

I got an upgrade when I arrived at the hotel and ended up staying at the Marriott, not the Executive. The location is excellent, right at the entrance of Yiwu Market, next to the mall. There's a convenience store practically inside the hotel. The breakfast is great for both Marriotts, excellent!
