The girl at the reception was rude and unprofessional. She also lacked knowledge; it took her 15 minutes to complete a single transaction. We were assigned Block B. There are construction works going on downstairs, making it very noisy. The room was very dirty.

I received a very warm welcome at this hotel. The room was extremely clean, and the location is perfect: extremely convenient. All the staff were nice, respectful, and friendly.

This hotel is worst of the worst! There is a girl with glasses in lobby, treating you like a dog and yelling at you! Check-in takes more than 45 minutes. Hotel is definitely not clean at all. Stuff inside the room, very old, internet is barely working. There is no soft closing with room's door, everyone shutting the doors very noisy. Impossible to sleep in the early morning. At night, most of rooms are leaving the door open, speaking loudly till very late night and non-stop smoking. All corridors smell cigarette. Definitely not worth with such a high price! If you don't wanna get treated like a dog, just keep away from these scammers..

Cleanliness was good, but the rooms need updating. The rooms should be well maintained.
