I love the design. The view from the room was stunning, both from the balcony and the bathroom window, exceeding my expectations. The service was excellent, and I'm grateful to Jiaqi for her care. The restaurant was also delicious. The cold platter for dinner is a must-try. The Yanlai Mushroom and Zhanggong Tofu is a local specialty and delicious. The breakfast was also very good.

If architecture could speak, This hotel, truly a work of a renowned designer, perfectly suits my aesthetic, and I'm definitely adding it to my list of repeat stays. On a 40-degree summer day, I enjoyed a relaxing two days and one night at the Nihua Bay scenic area on the shores of Taihu Lake. Morning, dusk, and night, the hotel's light and shadows reveal a different beauty. The overall service was excellent, attentive and thoughtful, with many thoughtful details. Our housekeeper, Wang Jing, was wonderful. From pre-stay communication to reminders during our stay, I truly felt at home.

The environment is fantastic, perfect for photoshoots. It wasn't crowded during our stay, so it was incredibly quiet. The service was also excellent. Thanks to our housekeeper, Chen Jiaqi, who contacted us ahead of time to arrange everything. She was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The complimentary activities were also fantastic, and the cave and water bathing experiences were quite unique. There's a tributary of Taihu Lake nearby, so I tried lure fishing, but as always, I came up empty-handed.

The rooms are beautifully designed, with stunning mountain views from the windows. The Dyson hair dryer and smart massage bed are a real plus. Front desk agent Wang Chen provided attentive service, and the breakfast was exquisite. The rooftop bar offers unparalleled views and is perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended! The hotel service was excellent, especially the front desk agent Hang Jiajun, who was very welcoming and even changed my bed. The environment was also very comfortable. The hotel is full of design, with a small number of rooms but well-organized functional areas. The room furnishings are very high-quality and I loved them. This time, I truly felt at home in a hotel. It was a haven amidst the hustle and bustle of city life. Our butler, Gao Yuan, was like family, meticulously caring for me throughout my stay, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and ensuring my safety. The spa and singing bowl experience was truly soothing. It revitalized my body, mind, and soul. This isn't just a hotel; it's a home and a sanctuary of relaxation.
