YIXING SHUIMO HENTIQUE RESORT

As a resort hotel, there were plenty of activities during the Chinese New Year. However, due to the sheer number of people during the holiday, it was difficult to manage guests smoking. Facilities: Pretty good, and there are many hot spring pools. Hygiene: Decent. Environment: Excellent. Service: Good.

Ideal for family trips, it features a farm, hot springs, and a children's play area. The property is very spacious. The butler, Chen Dandan, provides attentive and excellent service.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with many details catering to children's needs, making it a great place to bring kids. The hot springs were fantastic, with a first-class environment, comfortable temperature, and good privacy. During the weekdays, it was less crowded, giving it a private feel.

There was a dedicated butler and a friendly receptionist in the lobby. The hot spring accommodations were very nice, the only downside was that it was a bit too cold these past few days, so the view from the lake-view rooms wasn't quite as great.

The hotel is located between Yixing and Liyang, in a slightly out-of-the-way location, but it's quite large and has a very nice environment. Guest rooms and the hot springs are in the same building, making it very convenient to get around. The dining area is on the first floor and the food is decent. The hotel also offers bamboo rafting, boating, cycling, and electric scooter rides. It wasn't crowded on weekdays, and the hot springs could be booked entirely. Our butler, Xiao Wei, provided excellent service and responded promptly.

The main focus of booking this hotel is the hot springs, but when checking in, it was not emphasized that the hot springs can only be used from 1pm to evening, including the swimming pool. Even hotel guests cannot use it the next morning. I think this is quite important information, but none of us knew it. In addition, there are several colored pools in the hot springs. After soaking in them, all the swimsuits were stained. Before leaving, I also found a huge 🐛. The breakfast was also very average. I mentioned this to the front desk before leaving, but they only agreed lightly. Not a good experience!

The hotel is very nice, the lake view room is beautiful, and Ren Juan at the front desk is very attentive!

The hotel is really big. You can have a picnic in the hotel. There are also various hot spring pools. It is perfect for avoiding crowds during holidays. However, the family suite is a copy of the standard room that requires climbing two flights of stairs. It is very inconvenient for families with children. It is a bit hard to describe.
