Wanna say thank you to the Mr. Kris who giving me the best room with a pool view and high floor. This is my first time to staying at your hotel, my first impressions was 10 out of 10. What a affordable hotel to staying at Yogyakarta. Keep it up, Kris! You’re doing a great job

Excellent location. Next road and the road on which the hotel is located has many eateries, coffee shops, souvenir shops. Walkable to all of them. The hotel itself is good. Spacious rooms. We had room (king bed) on the 4th floor. Nice and clean. It has balcony facing the city. The odd numbered rooms are city facing and even numbered are pool facing. The pool water is ice cold all the time ! That wasnt really great. Breakfast was decent - no western/ English fare (no sausage, bacons etc.) Fruits were great, otherwise Indonesian menu in the breakfast. There was pancakes, eggs corner, muffins but similar and standard each day. We stayed for 4 nights. They dont have a 'Earthquake alert system' - there are earthquakes pretty much every day in Yogyakarta. Staff helpful polite and courteous. They have breakfast boxes if you are leaving before 6 am for a flight / anything else. Good stay. Will recommend the hotel.

the service is the first champion!there is no elevator, but there is a clerk who is willing to bring things upstairs.when you want to put it in the freezer, you can also take it,and it's great again,my husband and i feel that the air conditioner is not cold enough in the deluxe room, directly the clerk offered to change a colder room, even to a suite room without any extra charge! Good food although not many choices

Naturally furnished hotel with unfortunately large deficits. + plants + pool + Good location, parallel bars and gelato within walking distance + Good shower + Charming design - Extremely noisy in the room because not isolated and not bricked up in the bathroom. You can hear what's happening in the whole hotel. - room size very small, - Misconstructed bathroom. Early check-in not possible, despite various free rooms. - tv bad

Had booked to stay here on Booking.com but became wary after reading recent negative reviews here. Believe them. We booked the best room available but were still shocked on arrival and stayed elsewhere (Adisthana Hotel down the road, similarly priced and pleasant). The room really was tiny with a ramshackle AC unit and fan, utilitarian beds and a small basic en suite; not even room to unpack two sets of luggage. The seating area outside each room was a nice touch and the small pool appeared decent enough. But the place had the feel of a basic backpacker option from 40 years ago that hadn't updated and had been overtaken by plentiful much better and similarly priced places nearby. The two staff that were there when we arrived were doing their best despite their limited english, and were quite understanding when we explained why we were leaving. Don't mar your stay in this pleasant and likeable city with this terrible choice of accommodation.
