Citadines Harbour Front Yokohama

Right by the Nihon-odori subway exit, the location is excellent. The room is spacious, offering great value for money. Nearby attractions like Yamashita Park, Chinatown, Red Brick Warehouse, and the Ferris Wheel are all within walking distance.

The hotel is in a prime location, right next to the Minatomirai (MM) Nihon-odori Station. There's a grocery store nearby, and Osanbashi Pier, Zou-no-hana Park, and Yamashita Park are all within easy walking distance. The room came with a kitchen, and housekeeping was very prompt. I was extremely satisfied with the room assigned—it was quiet, comfortable, and had a great, open view. During my two-week stay, I frequently used the 7th-floor lounge and gym, which were never crowded. The only downside was the cold attitude from the staff at check-out, which was completely different from the warm welcome I received during check-in.

We stayed for two nights to attend my daughter's wedding. The hotel is directly connected to Nihon-ōdōri Station, so you can check in without getting wet, even if it's raining! There are two areas within the hotel where you can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea, and a coin laundry is available, which is a huge plus for longer stays. The room features a mini-kitchen fully equipped with plates, cutlery, pots, and a frying pan 🍳, along with a large refrigerator and microwave. I was amazed by the facilities, truly feeling like one could live there. Personally, I was thrilled to see the lights of Yokohama Stadium from the window! The location is also superb, with Kannai Station and Chinatown within walking distance. The morning meal at the coffee shop downstairs was delicious too!

Honestly, everything about this place is just amazing! I can't believe they even have a kitchen with all the utensils you need if you want to cook something yourself. The front desk staff were all incredibly kind, every single one of them! 🥺 It's also really close to Yamashita Park and other attractions. The risotto at the coffee shop downstairs is absolutely delicious, and the breakfast at the cafe across the street is fantastic too – that royal milk tea is especially fragrant. Staying here in Yokohama is just pure bliss!

The hotel entrance is right around the corner from the subway exit, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were very friendly and always willing to help. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yokohama.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room had a small kitchenette and was much more spacious than typical Japanese chain hotels, making for a very comfortable stay. The lobby has a charming red-brick retro style that really captures the essence of Yokohama, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The biggest bonus was the location. It's incredibly close to the cruise terminal, just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient if you're taking a cruise from Yokohama. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything from the room and service to the location. I would definitely want to stay here again next time I take a cruise. Highly recommended!

The location is great and very convenient. It's right above Exit 4 of Nihon-ōdori Station on the Minatomirai Line; you just take the elevator up and you're at the hotel. The room is spacious with a large refrigerator and microwave. There are coffee machines on the 1st and 7th floors, and the common area on the 7th floor is very comfortable.

The room was very new with excellent natural light. The trash can was the biggest I've ever seen in a hotel room, and the refrigerator was also a large, two-door unit. There's a bakery on the first floor with good food. It's not ideal for watching fireworks; most of them are blocked by the building on the left. Luckily, it's just a five-minute walk to the riverside to watch them.

The hotel is right outside MM Station. The Japanese staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They signed me up for a membership, which allowed for early check-in and a room upgrade. The hotel facilities are all new, well-equipped, and the soundproofing is excellent. There are many convenience stores nearby, the surroundings are beautiful, and it's very close to the baseball stadium.
