Comfort Hotel Yokohama Kannai

Super nice, clean, convenient and affordable hotel. I will definitely come back again!!!

My stay at Comfort Hotel Yokohama Kannai was enjoyable overall. Parking costs 1,600 yen per day. The front desk team was welcoming, attentive, and professional, making check-in quick and easy. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied—I loved the creamy scrambled eggs with toast and broccoli, and the grilled mackerel with rice was outstanding. Granola with fresh milk was a nice addition. The double room was clean and comfortable, although the bed felt a bit tight. It would be more convenient if complimentary bottled water were available.

The room was spacious and fully equipped. The breakfast was also very delicious. I booked and checked in on the same day, and the price was cheap and reasonable.

Superb experience for a bargain price, in a super-central location. The Blue line (Yokohama subway) is one block away and other lines aren't much further. Neat and tidy rooms and a fantastic buffet breakfast await. I have traveled all over Japan and can't remember a better experience, especially for the money. The sun-soaked daytime 'Library Cafe' caps it off to provide a Zen-like space to get work done or relax with a complimentary coffee.

Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good. Also there’s laundry and we did use it. It’s good, except that you can’t stop the dryer halfway to check

Really liked this Hotel, very kind staff. The breakfast room is a bit cramped at times but it's well organized so that you don't feel stressed. The location is great!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was so clean, and everyone was very helpful. I loved the location. It's close to so many restaurants, and amenities. My view of the city was delightful. I will definitely return.

The location is in the center of Yokohama however the space of room is very tiny and the parking might be full and you have to go somewhere else. The staff there are very nice.
