The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and its location was very convenient, with easy access to the nearby metro station. However, the sound insulation could be improved, as traffic noise from the road was noticeable, especially at night. The breakfast was the same every day and became a bit repetitive due to the limited variety of options available. Despite these minor drawbacks, I was generally satisfied with my stay. The hotel offers good value for money and is a practical choice for travelers looking for convenience and affordability.

This is the first hotel I've stayed in that offers a manual laundry basket for rent – I've never seen that before! They also have a great variety of toiletries, and clean pajamas are available on every floor. The only downside is that the room isn't ideal for people who get hot easily; the duvet is too thick and the AC doesn't go down low enough.

The location is super convenient! Just downstairs from the hotel is the Bakurocho subway station, and it's a short walk from Exit 5. You can get directly to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ikebukuro. If you walk straight from Exit 6, you'll find the airport limousine bus stop for Haneda, which costs 1000 JPY per person. Although it makes a few stops, it generally gets you there in about an hour. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and spacious – a truly pleasant surprise! The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are a huge plus! Even though it was a smoking room, there wasn't a strong smell, and the cleanliness was excellent. 👍

The room isn't huge, but it's very well laid out and comfortable to stay in. They offer a variety of bath bombs, so taking a bath each day feels different and enjoyable. The staff are all very friendly and polite.

The hotel is super close, literally right at Exit 3 of Carriage Road (Mache Dao), just a 2-minute walk. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly fine and you can even open your suitcase. Overall, it's great value for money.

The room was quite spacious with a decent view. It's right next to the subway exit, and there's a convenience store just across the street.

The hotel boasts convenient transportation and is situated in a bustling area. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. It's a pleasant walk to Chinatown, and there are numerous dining options near Sakuragicho Station. The hotel is close to Yokohama's most vibrant district.

Very thoughtful and considerate... You can pick up whatever you need on the second floor. I'll definitely come again.

Stayed a night for 3. Room not very spacious but it’s okay a typical Japanese hotel. Strategic location. Convenient as Lawson every corner. Walking distance around 10mins to Yokohama red brick warehouse and cup noodles museum.

A very nice hotel located close to world porters and also the mrt and also walkable to the nice bits of yokohama. Very clean and helpful staff. Lots of nearby eateries as well..we walked to Chinatown and also world porters and cosmo world

Very disappointed with this booking. I specifically reserved a non-smoking room, but the room reeked of a very unpleasant musty smell. I asked the staff to switch rooms, but he said all rooms had that smell and just brought an air freshener. It didn't help much even after half an hour. So disappointed.

Prime location. Right in front of a station exit and just a few minutes walk to major attractions. The room was pretty spacious and comfortable for solo.
