Convenient location. Good accessibility. Excellent food

Facilities: The hotel's design is very smart and has everything you need – excellent. Hygiene: It's very clean, especially since it's newly opened. As someone who pays close attention to hygiene details, I'm very satisfied. Environment: It's a very quiet hotel. Even though it's located near a train station, it's not noisy at all. The room privacy is also very good. Service: The front desk staff are very welcoming. Even with just simple Chinese, I had no complaints during my stay at this hotel.

I'm very satisfied! The room was clean and bright. Having stayed in Japanese hotels before, I found the layout to be comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive. I was traveling alone this time, and the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, right above a subway station, making getting around super easy. It's also close to a shopping mall with a wide variety of restaurants, so dining and daily needs were a breeze. Excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Japan.

Very pleasant hotel. Room was spacious, amenities were freely available downstairs to use as needed. Staff were friendly. You could even check the in-house coin laundry service though the TV! Location wise, it was great for quick trips to Yokohama and enoshimia. Great transit location. You also have local buses right outside.

Stayed for two nights and was extremely satisfied! Great soundproofing, clean and well-maintained facilities, excellent location, and fantastic service! The hotel is located at the West Exit. The main entrance is on the 2nd floor, and the front desk for check-in/check-out is on the 3rd floor. On the 1st floor, there's a drugstore (the elevator also goes directly to the hotel's 3rd floor). There's a Totsuka Prince Supermarket at Exit 5 and a Tokyu Supermarket at Exit 9. (For discounted sashimi and sushi, head there around 7 PM for a pleasant surprise!) I really like Totsuka Station; you don't have to worry about the rain here. Most of the shopping malls and buildings are connected underground, which is incredibly convenient!

This hotel is beside your bus station it is quiet place and the front desk very friendly.

The place is in the vicinity of Totsuka station which connects to JR and the subway. Many amenities provided by the hotel (self service) and a lot restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Great value stay if one doesn't mind the extra time away from the city center

Clean room. Best location with 10min train to yokohama and affordable price. Definitely recommended.

The location is incredibly convenient. There's a shopping mall, subway station, and bus stop right downstairs, making it super easy to get around and find places to eat and drink. It's also very convenient for trips to Kamakura, Enoshima, Hakone, Ito, and even Tokyo.

The check in process was way and the staff was really friendly

Spent two days in Yokohama and this hotel was great. It's just one JR stop from Yokohama Station, and there's a conveyor belt sushi place nearby that's very popular and often has a line, but the food is delicious. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, and the front desk service was excellent.

Close to the subway station and generally quite clean.
