All the staff are great except for one person. The tall man at the front desk on May 1st was the worst. They treat foreigners very well, but they are arrogant to Japanese people. I never see a customer. When his family asked if he could borrow a nail clipper, he said that even if he couldn't borrow it, he would yell at him. He was the worst front man. Thankfully, that person alone and everyone else are wonderful. Well, the problem is that it's a cold day, but the room temperature doesn't rise above 16 degrees. When I called the front desk, the whole building was air-conditioned and the temperature could not be adjusted. This time the front desk man was decent and kind, and brought me a blanket right away. However, my head was also cold and I could not sleep at all, and there was a possibility that I might get sick, so I checked out with my accompanying family before 22:00. We won't refund your accommodation fee, but your health is important. It's an old hotel, so it might suit those who don't mind the temperature control and sewage and musty odors in the bathroom. In addition, I searched for another hotel on the internet and changed accommodation, and finally I was able to take a bath and had a good night's sleep.
