I booked universal Twin Room, it is big enough for us. Clean and comfortable. We’’ve pleasure stay. Hot springs is one of spot.

Convenient location near train station. extra feature includes gift shop, stone bath and massage service.

The room matched the pictures. The staff communicated well in English. There is free outdoor parking. The accommodation has an onsen, and the room has a bathtub, along with complimentary bottled water.

The room with the luxurious open-air bath with natural hot spring water is fantastic, and the food and service are also excellent.

For those staying at a hotel near Yokote Station, the access is excellent. There are also plenty of shops nearby. The fact that it has a hot spring is a big plus.

The room was very clean and there were no problems during my stay. The meals were also delicious and there were no problems. Thank you very much.

Although we visited during the snowy season, we had a very pleasant stay. We were able to relax in the room, restaurant, and open-air bath, while enjoying the pure white scenery. The complimentary midnight noodles were also available at a food stall within the hotel, and were delicious.

I think it's good that guests can use the hot spring facilities. The breakfast buffet seemed like it didn't have much choice considering the price. Also, the serving space wasn't very large, and it felt rushed as people were rushing to get in after us.

The staff were all very kind and the hot springs were great.

It is located about a 3-minute walk from Yokote Station. I rented a car and parking was free. There is a hot spring facility on-site, but unfortunately I didn't have time to use it because I was working. I used the large public bath on the 7th floor just after 11pm, just before the opening time, but the sauna closed at 10pm. The "Hinaichi Chicken Yakitori and Carpaccio with Drink" and 10% discount on one drink are great services available only to guests. When the weather is good, you can see Mt. Chokai from the restaurant on the 7th floor, and the morning buffet is prepared with locally produced ingredients.

The room is still new after renovation, and having an air purifier is a plus! There are two baths available. The disadvantage is that the baths close very early. The bed was not very good to sleep on

The location was excellent, right in front of Yokote Station. The parking lot was free, which was nice. There were hot spring facilities on the first and seventh floors, which was nice. The restaurant on the second floor was also cheap and nice.

The room is quite big and the hot spring is very good.
