Had a great stay at this hotel. Location good and easy to find. Place is clean. Hotel staff helpful. Onsen was good. Kaiseki dinner was awesome. I’d recommend this place.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities didn't feel dated at all, befitting a four-star hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and readily accommodated my requests. I highly recommend it.

The room I booked through Ctrip was in the annex building, which isn't directly accessible by elevator. The biggest problem was the appalling cleanliness of the room; there were even bloodstains on the tatami mat! After speaking with the front desk manager, I was transferred to a room in the main building. The main building room was the one that truly met the four-star hotel standard.
