The hotel is around 6-minute walking distance from Kaike Onsen Tourist Centre (accessible by local bus from Yonago Station) . Located at the seaside of Kaike Onsen area, fantastic views can be seen from the hotel room. Staff members were very courteous and professional. Hot springs are very great and meals were delicious. Had a pleasant and relaxing stay there!

English proficiency every employee is very high and can definitely communicate. Convenient private bath in the room with unbeatable sea views, high privacy, and very spacious. It feels 10% comfortable. My kids were already happy once they entered the hotel. Dinner was traditional kaiseki cuisine, no surprises, but no disappointment, good food. When you leave the whole staff comes out together to see you off, very grateful for their service. Fully recommended.
