I think when I booked there was breakfast included, and in there was a big propaganda free meals breakfast and dinner in Japanese, but as I understand, because of new year?The view in the morning was very nice, but it was in painting reform… The rest was good, staff very nice. The first rising of the year 2026 from the window of the room

The hotel was looking good, and the room was very clean and neat! We had a lovely stay!

The hotel is very easy to find; you can spot it as soon as you exit Yonago Station. While the rooms are a bit basic, the bathrooms are decent, and the large public bath on the 15th floor is perfect for unwinding after a day of travel. The hotel offers both breakfast and dinner, making it excellent value for money.

BEST COST PERFOMANCE HOTEL Right opposite the JR Yonago station. Ok, yes its a little old and run down, but its a less than 5min walk from the station, rooms are bigger than normal business hotels in Japan (The single room has a queen size bed and a sofa !) , has free basic dinner and breakfast option for the guests, and service is good. The only down side was the stairs in front of the main entrance. They do not have any elevators there. But overall reccomend to all travelers.

Booked a non-smoking room but ended up with a room tinted with cigarette smoke. There are stairs at the front entrance, creating great hardship for someone carrying luggage. Only one point to gain credit is the free meal.

The hotel is very close to Yonago Station, and the decor was newer than I expected. The complimentary dinner was delicious and very filling, while the free breakfast was pretty standard. However, for this price, there's really nothing to complain about. The only drawback was that the mini-fridge was quite noisy and couldn't be switched off.

I stayed for two consecutive nights. Universal, a chain hotel, seemed popular with business travelers. Unfortunately, I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. The entire hallway was damp, musty, and had an unpleasant odor. The room itself was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on Ctrip. What made it worse was that it was a smoking room, and the smell was incredibly foul – impossible to get rid of even with the window open. On the positive side, complimentary breakfast and dinner were offered.

The hotel is located near Yonago station. It is very convenient. Hotel offered 2 meals a day and I was very satisfied with it. The meals were nice for me. Nevertheless the price was cheap. The lobby was also great and all staff were kind. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends

Best hotel. Well-appointed rooms. Delicious dinner free. Free breakfast. Humble staff. 2min from Yonago train station. 5min from Aeon supermarket

The room was decent, but the two meals included made it good value for money. My only confusion was that one of the beds seemed to be made from two sofas or something similar, with a gap right in the middle. It was already a single bed, not very big, and lying in the middle was uncomfortable; you'd almost fall off either side.

Spacious rooms with large beds. Free breakfast and dinner are included. The service attitude is impeccable, and the hotel even offers free hot spring baths. Plus, luggage storage is available. Excellent value for money.
