I booked a Japanese onsen hotel for a Friday night, and it was excellent value for money. The hot springs were very comfortable too. The view from the window was quite nice. I was in a hurry and didn't get to experience more.

Fantastic seaview from the hotel and service is excellent. It’s an ancient revarnished hotspring hotel but still you can feel the history through hospitality and the vibe. But I like it a lot!

I received room upgrade. I could the see from my room. When I arrived at hotel, a staff welcomed me in front of the front door. All staff were very nice and the hotel was very clean. I was drizzling on my face and soaked in the hot spring water and enjoyed a healing time like heaven.

Beach front location, clean and spacious room, free car park, helpful and polite staff. Meal are good in quality and taste. Thanks the manager and restaurant staff prepare gift and photo taking for my daughter birthday. Onsen has open bath and seaview.

Because the hotel overbooked, our original sea-view room was changed to a city-view room. What was supposed to be our most anticipated night turned into a huge disappointment. The hotel staff politely apologized, refunded the price difference, and offered to compensate us with two large fish, but my mood didn't improve. The city-view room's lack of a private bathroom was extremely inconvenient. If I needed to wash my hair in the morning, I had to go downstairs to the public bathhouse. Also, the hot spring water wasn't hot enough; it didn't feel like hot spring water. Furthermore, the outdoor hot spring area lacked privacy; stepping outside made it easy to be seen by people on the beach, posing a high risk of exposure. I don't understand why it has such a high rating on Trip.com. The hotel staff were very polite and provided good service. The food was also acceptable, but the overbooking changed our original sea-view room with a private bathroom to a city-view room without one. The hot spring facilities were also disappointing. I don't recommend it and will not return.

I was driving, so I'm not sure about other public transportation options. The buildings and rooms were rather old, and the hot spring wasn't very big. The view from the window was a sea view, which would have been nice, but unfortunately the weather was bad and it rained when I checked in. Overall, it wasn't great value for money. I'll try different accommodations next time.

There is a bus from Yonago Station, which is not too far. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk from the station. There are waiters waiting outside the hotel, who will help with luggage and introduce hotel facilities. The room faces the sea, and the sea breeze is really comfortable! The men's hot spring is on the first floor, and you can only soak in it later, otherwise you should be able to see the open-air hot spring on the roadside... The women's hot spring is in a similar place on the second floor. Dinner and breakfast are very good!
