Love the mauu suiteroom, fit our family of 5 nicely. Kids decor, pillow and bathtubs are nice. Nicely located, short 5mins walk to the free shuttle bus to everland.

Our stay was perfect. Our room was clean , the buffet was delicious and so many options to choose from. We chose this location as it was very close to a shuttle for Caribbean Bay and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. My son loved the kids playroom and the bunk bed in our room. We will definitely be coming back in the fall.

An absolutely dreadful stay experience. The bathtub in the bathroom was dirty with hair, and the room was incredibly small. On our first night, our friends checking in with us received two key cards, so we went to the front desk to ask for an additional one. The male staff member at the front desk was incredibly rude. He told us he could only provide one more key card, which would only activate the power and not open the door. As we were debating whether to take it, he pointed his finger at us and emphatically repeated his statement, clearly agitated. With this kind of service, I would absolutely not stay here again!

The hotel's proximity to Everland was incredibly convenient. Since we were traveling with our kids this time, easy access to transportation was our main priority. What's even better is that there's a free shuttle bus stop right across the street from the hotel!

The room's location is pretty good, right next to Everland. The room itself isn't big but it's very clean. The only minor issue was that the front desk staff's English was limited, which made communication a bit challenging. Overall, it's still a decent place.
