Beidahu Xingkongying Hotel

A very good skiing experience. The weather was perfect, the room was warm and comfortable, and the receptionists were very attentive. In particular, Ms. Zhao Jiaxin was very patient and carefully explained the surrounding facilities and ski slope details, making things clear for first-time visitors.

The stay was fantastic, perfect for a trip with friends. The service was also very attentive. Thank you to Lei Hongwei and Qiu Yuqi for their hospitality. I was very satisfied.

The stargazing camp experience was excellent; special praise to Zhao Jiaxin and Qiu Yuqi. The room was very warm and cozy, making for a great experience. Since the children had training sessions during our visit, the complimentary fruit was a thoughtful touch.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The service was beyond five stars. I was sick in my room and couldn't move, and the front desk manager went to a town over 10 kilometers away to buy medicine for me and brought it back. I was incredibly touched; it was like getting a room included with my ski pass! The Gokurakuyu (hot spring bath) experience was also excellent. The room was exceptionally cleaned every day, and it was very warm, so I didn't have to worry about being cold.

It was such a great deal! Three of us stayed two nights, including snow passes and hot spring access. The room was spacious enough to easily fit three massage beds. The house manager, Qiu Yuqi, was incredibly kind, bringing us face masks, frostbite patches, fruit, hand warmers, and sunscreen – they really spoiled us! If I had to point out a flaw, it would be that they didn't provide an absorbent bath mat, but that doesn't detract from the overall experience.

The hotel service was excellent. Front desk staff Song Peixuan and Lei Hongwei were very welcoming and attentive. The room was also very comfortable. Highly recommended!

We're frequent visitors to Beidahu Ski Resort, and this time the three of us stayed in a spacious four-person tatami room. The receptionist, Qiu Yupeng, was very welcoming and even helped us carry our luggage upstairs. He sends us ski slope maps daily. The package includes ski passes for three, which is very convenient.

Taking children to Beidahu Ski Resort and choosing Xingkong Camp is a great option. The family room is good value for money, with two beds enough for two adults and two children. Although it's a bit far from the ski resort, the shuttle bus is very convenient, running every 20 minutes. Special thanks to front desk staff member Qiu Yupeng; he's very responsible and helpful. When I didn't realize I needed to return my ski equipment before extending my stay, he kindly took care of it for me. I'm very grateful for his help and support.
