WARNING: This hotel/restaurant keeps protected Pig-Nosed Turtles (Carettochelys insculpta) in aquariums in the dining area. This species is listed in CITES Appendix II and is a Class II nationally protected wild animal under Chinese law. They keep these animals clearly intending to serve them as food to guests. This is disgusting and illegal. I have filed 3 official complaints: with the Forestry Bureau, the Wildlife Protection Special Commission, and the local Police. WARNING: The staff speaks absolutely NO English. They provide ZERO help with luggage. They drag suitcases violently over the old cobblestone streets, carrying them by the telescopic handles, which completely broke the wheels and damaged the handles. I had to carry everything myself because they are destructive, not helpful. WARNING: The hotel is extremely far from the official parking lot. After check-out, instead of walking with us on the asphalt road (which I did alone with the luggage), the staff forces you to drag heavy luggage through the crowded, cobblestone old town. WARNING: The room description is deceptive. It does not mention that there is only a squat toilet, which is completely unacceptable for international guests and elderly people. WARNING: The cleaning staff is incredibly loud, screaming and banging at 7:00 AM, waking up the guests. Do not book here. This place is a disaster. 警告： 这家酒店/餐厅在餐厅区域的水族箱里饲养受保护的猪鼻龟（学名：Carettochelys insculpta）。该物种被列入CITES附录II，属于中国国家二级保护野生动物。他们饲养这些动物，明显是准备作为食材卖给客人。这种行为极其恶心，而且违法。我已经向林业局、野生动物保护特别委员会以及当地警方分别递交了三次正式举报。 警告： 工作人员完全不会说英语。他们根本不帮忙拿行李，反而会损坏客人的行李。他们强行把行李箱拖过老旧的石板路，并且直接拉着行李箱的拉杆拎着走，导致轮子和拉杆全部损坏。我不得不自己搬运所有行李，因为他们不是来帮忙的，而是来搞破坏的。 警告： 酒店距离官方停车场也非常远。退房后，工作人员不带你走柏油路（我一个人背着行李走了那条路），而是强迫你拖着沉重的行李穿过拥挤、全是石板路的老城区。 警告： 房间描述带有欺骗性。预订信息中完全没有说明房间只有一个蹲便器，这对国际客人，尤其是老年人来说，是完全无法接受的。 警告： 清洁人员早上7点就开始大声吵闹、敲打，严重吵醒了所有住客。 请千万不要预订这家酒店。这里简直是一场灾难。

Pne of the best views of the waterfall, and town during the day and night. Truly amazing. Sadly our panorama room was not really a panorama room with view. The window on the side shows the beautiful town and waterfall, like most rooms. However we paid alot for the extra panorama view. This was not there. Our large window (the view that in the trip.com images has been cut out) has no view at all. We have trees directly at our window and cannot see anything through here. The other images show the room stretches or edited compared to how to actually is. We were confused and actually compared the room with the images to notice things being alot smaller than they appear, due to stretched out editing. There was also no mention that we only had a hole as toilet. This was mentioned when we arrived in the room and we were asked to downgrade to another room that did have them. For the 100+ Euro we paid it was not worth the room. The dtaff was friendly but the room was not what it appears to be. We would expect to get more when having one of the more expansive rooms. Our panorama vie, besides not having any view, also had alot of trash in the view. Less nice.

Absolutely stunning room, beautiful view and friendly staff. The free pickup service was brilliant but I think the driver scammed me when I requested to be dropped off, as the hotel said 20 yuan and the driver asked for 30. Didi says 11 yuan so youd probably be better off calling your own taxi.

Very amazing view of furongzhen from the balcony. I believe this room has the one of the best possible views of the waterfall from a hotel balcony. Hotel staff were very helpful and they helped to carry our luggages to/fro the entrance and also up the stairs to our room. Areas to improve on: Room felt old with cobwebs hanging around at the balcony. Toilet door did not open properly/easily with rust at the bottom rails. Pillow had a few strands of hair and body wash was almost empty when we checked in. A bit underwhelming for the price we paid so we are essentially paying just for the view.

Our stay at this hotel was everything we could wish for. The room was spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was excellent. The staff arranged a complimentary pick-up from the train station for us, and also helped us buy the tickets for the scenic area. They also helped us carry our luggage to the hotel. Very friendly, and also helped us book a taxi to the train station.

Amazing hotel with the best views on the waterfall. The staff was so caring and attentive. We received a refreshing fruit platter on arrival, they helped us to carry our luggage, organised a free transfer to the station for us, and gave us a nice little gift on departure. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable with a lot of character. You can't get a better view of the waterfall elsewhere.
