This is one of the best hotels in which I’ve stayed. I had the room on the lowest floor but man THE VIEW. Consider you won’t have a direct view of the waterfalls but a side view, for a very good price compared to the others that have a more direct one. The bed was AMAZING, both the room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. There was a small balcony that faced the lake formed by the waterfalls and part of the waterfalls. The staff was so so very helpful and nice. If you let them know in advance, they will help you with your luggage from the drop-off point (cars can’t go in and have a designated spot where they drop you off, and then you have to take some stairs that are tricky with luggage) to the hotel, and back. The lobby is deceitful of the tremendous good quality of the hotel, though most lobbies are alike in this city. AC works perfectly, I even had a small desk for working. They provide bottled water on demand. They are very diligent and attentive. Will also give you recommendations and show you a map of the different places and free shows the city provides everyday. It’s very well located right in the “middle” of the upper and lower part of the loop that comprises the city layout. There’s amost no noise, only the sound of the waterfall at night, though during the day just like any other place you will hear the buzzing of the street underneath (the lowest part of the loop). They were exceptionally helpful and attentive. I would stay here again.
