Hygiene: Very good, very clean. Ambiance: The entire guesthouse is a beautifully maintained old building. The rooms are charmingly antique and full of character. The courtyard is filled with fragrant flowers and greenery, making it very comfortable. It's super convenient, just a one-minute walk to the scenic area entrance! Service: The breakfast was great, especially the delicious noodles. There were also many small snacks, oranges, and tea available in the courtyard. The landlady mentioned that the oranges were picked from the local mountains, and indeed, they tasted different from elsewhere – exceptionally sweet! The landlady was incredibly patient, always smiling, and very pleasant to talk to. She even lent me Miao traditional clothing and accessories for photos, she was so enthusiastic. Fenghuang Ancient Town's night view is absolutely stunning! There are performances from morning till night, and the intangible cultural heritage show was fantastic, offering a wonderful experience!

Wonderful stay in Furong Town! We were very impressed by the hospitality of the hotel. Every staff member was exceptionally attentive, friendly and genuinely cared about the guests. From the moment we arrived until departure, we felt warmly welcomed. The location is excellent, just steps from the scenic area, making it very convenient for exploring Furong Town. The room was comfortable, atmospheric and perfectly matched the charm of the ancient town. The courtyard is beautiful and creates a peaceful and relaxing environment. We especially appreciated the thoughtful details: tea was served both upon arrival and before departure, and we even received a souvenir tea gift when checking out. These small touches made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Furong Town. We would gladly stay here again.

Excellent location, literally 20 meters from the entrance to Furong town. The staff was very friendly and provided us with directions to the town's main attractions and various locations via WeChat. They also recommended extra activities outside of town and various restaurants where we could try typical local cuisine. Furthermore, at the end of our stay, they even gave us a small gift, which was truly unexpected and appreciated. To top it off, we were able to use the shuttle service from the station to the hotel for free once, but the second time we had to pay for it. However, it was a pleasure to give them a little extra money, given the wonderful treatment we received. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff are very hospitable and made it very convenient to get from the railway station to the hotel, providing their own pick up service. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed with your own little tea ceremony and personalized tour of the property as well as advice on how to explore the main attractions. I would highly recommend staying here, the room alone speaks for itself.

What a beautiful B&B! The bed was so comfortable, and the gorgeous garden was perfect for photos. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, telling us all about Furong Ancient Town. We had free access to biscuits and fruit, and my mom especially loved the sweet oranges. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and authentic, especially the jujube cake – seriously good! When we checked out, they even gave us a lovely berry tea gift set. If I ever return to Furong Ancient Town, I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! 👍👍

Fantastic stay. This is the best value for the money you can find. The staff is incredibly accommodating and will help you navigate the city, and offer many gifts and treats. I only stayed for 1 night but I wish I would have stayed for another. Beautiful and clean rooms with a location that’s very convenient. Buspick up from the train station is also very nice

Great location, very close to Furong tourist center and Furong gate. There is free pick up service from the high speed train station. The staff is very nice. Breakfast is o.k.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, tropical plants, and colorful flowers, making it feel like a peaceful oasis. 🌸🌸🌸 The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and professional. They were always ready to help with any request and made us feel genuinely welcome. The views from the hotel were stunning, adding even more charm to our stay. We especially appreciated the assistance with organizing excursions, purchasing tickets, and arranging transportation. The hotel team took care of everything efficiently, allowing us to relax and enjoy our vacation without any stress. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and unforgettable experience. The service was absolutely outstanding—every staff member was incredibly helpful and attentive. We especially appreciated how smoothly they organized our transfer from the train station, as well as the trip to the Red Mountains. Had a wonderful stay here while visiting Furong Ancient Town. The B&B is in a fantastic location right near the entrance, making it easy to get around and explore the town. The hosts were warm and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They shared plenty of local recommendations and were always happy to help answer questions or give advice on what to see and do. The breakfast was also really tasty and felt very homely. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. There are no lifts in the property, so some rooms require climbing stairs, but the hosts kindly assisted with carrying our luggage. They were also very thoughtful and upgraded my parents to a larger first-floor room so they wouldn’t need to walk up the stairs, which we really appreciated.

On the hospitable side, the guesthouse did not nickle-and-dime. Because I arrived early morning and could mot have my room yet, it let me have breakfast with other early birds. The middle-aged lady tending to the kitchen is super enthusiastic and wanted to give me everything (only 5 food items anyway). Food is very "local-style" (white noodles, steamed red dates cake, steam dumplings, etc.), so do adjust your expectations in this case. Free one-way pick-up or drop-off at Furong Town Station (train) provided; pay CNY 20 directly to the driver if you want a 2nd/return trip. 15 mins' drive. Might be cheaper to get a Didi (taxi), but if you want convenience then no harm letting them earn another CNY 5. Location is amazing -- literally 30 seconds walk from guesthouse to main entrance of Furong Old Town. Guesthouse can help buy discounted entrance ticket to old town at CNY 90 (usual CNY 108). Upside: just outside old town, no need to drag and spoil your luggage wheels over flagstone steps. Downside: the announcements from the old town can be heard all the way past 10pm (bring earplugs if you intend to sleep by then). Lovely old-style room with a traditional "feel". It's like the China version of being in Europe and staying in a room with a 4-poster bed with drape curtains all round. 😆 Loved having the balcony overseeing greenery and fresh air. Toilet is dark-ish so not great if ladies must have bright lights for their make-up. But hair conditioner, tissue paper, bathroom slippers, free flow bottled water, all given -- no worse than 5-star hotels at less than 1/2 the price. Clean towels. Sufficient power sockets (including USB A and C ports).to charge your gadgets. Did not use the WiFi as was using my e-SIM all the way. No elevator, but guesthouse staff will help you with your luggage up and down if you call upon them.
