Absolutely amazing service; they have a free shuttle service to pick you up from the station and carry your bags to the hotel. I also got a free upgrade and the view was everything the pictures promised. Great amenities and very nice room; overall a really comfortable stay and would highly recommend!

Fantastic location, spectacular view from our rooms. Personnel super helpful supporting us to purchase Furong entrance tickets and providing both pick up and drop off from the airport. Everything great, the only one thing to be improved our balcony glassdoor closing.

Clean and well kept room. Staff were extremely friendly, particularly our pick up driver (which we got for free) very close to the waterfall and staff also show quick routes on how to get there as Amap is not very helpful.

Room size is small but the view has compensated all!! Has to take a train at 8am hence left hotel at 7.10. Hotel is kind enough to prepare breakfast to be eaten on the train!! The 5th pic was the breakfast they hv prepared!!

Amazing waterfall view! Complimentary wine, fruits, and snacks were provided. The first-floor dining area has a beautiful waterfall view. Friendly staff and free railway station pick-up/drop-off service. Highly recommend!

Very poor maintenance and disappointing experience I stayed at this hotel in Furong and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. The property is clearly lacking maintenance and proper care. In the room, several things were not functioning properly: the curtain was broken and did not provide privacy, the sink faucet leaked water onto the floor, and the shower mixer was not working and showed heavy rust. The shampoo and soap dispensers were nearly empty and dirty. The toilet seat was broken, and the metal hooks for hanging clothes were bent and damaged. The trash bin was also in an unhygienic and deteriorated condition. There is no television, only a projector, which did not work. The ventilation/exhaust system was clogged with dirt and not operational. The common areas were also neglected. The patio area showed poor maintenance, with wilted plants, and the stairs were dirty and slippery, which could be unsafe. Although the hotel is well located, it does not offer a view of the waterfall as one might expect. Overall, the property is in need of significant maintenance and improvement. Photos have been included to document all these issues. I would not recommend this hotel until major improvements are made.

This hotel is worth every cent, the rooms are clean and tidy with beautiful decor. It is nicely located close to the entrance of the town and provides an amazing view to the waterfalls. I would totally recommend a visit to this place; The best part was how helpful and attentive the staff is providing ease to schedule transport to and fro the station, notes about the town and helping carry all the luggage
