"Location is great and easy check in is very smooth, since they help you getting the tickets to get into the town and offer a free pick up from the station. Hotel is near all the attractions. The room had amazing views, beautiful and very comfortable and a nice balcony. The only thing that I was not happy with, was the heating system. The room was cold. We tried to explained this to the lady at reception, she came to the room and adjusted the settings for a second time but the room never got warm. It would have been good to have an electric heater. They helped us to organised a taxi back to the train station which made it so much easier."

"This location can’t be beat. While it’s not right where the waterfall is, it’s literally just a 3-5 min walk to the scenic area with the waterfall. They arranged pick up for me, part of the service, which was nice :). The view of the bridge from my room was beautiful, the sound of the river was so calming. Overall, with a very pleasurable experience and a very nice room for the price I would say is definitely worth it plus they give you free breakfast deliver to your room."

"This hotel is four stories high, facing the road in the front and a river in the back. The design is very well thought out. Although there's no elevator, the main entrance and activity areas like the restaurant are on the second floor. So, you either go down one floor or up a maximum of two floors to reach your room – no elevator needed at all! The basement is a work area, and the sub-basement is a vegetable garden where the owner grows lots of fresh, organic vegetables, harvested and cooked on the spot for an authentic taste. 😋 The stay was fantastic. The bedding was comfortable, and the owner made breakfast according to guests' preferences. The view is unbeatable, offering 24-hour river views. They were incredibly kind to children; they even took my little one to collect goose eggs, an experience I've never had myself – I was so jealous of my child! It's also very close to Furong Ancient Town, just a short walk away, and super friendly for self-driving travelers with over 10 spacious, proper parking spots right at the entrance. 👍 Excellent value for money, highly recommended!"

"We had a very relaxing and amazing stay at this hotel! I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel contacts you days in advance before your stay and will purchase entrance fee tickets to Furong Town. They offer cheaper price than the actual ticket office. There’s an entrance fee to see Furong Grand Waterfall. The hotel is conveniently located near the entrance to Furong town and also a short walk to the Furong Grand Waterfall. This hotel has very nice balcony view of the waterfall. The owner is also very helpful, we had huge luggages and they helped us carry them to the room. Since it’s an ancient town there is no elevator in hotels. Our hotel room is very clean and we had a great 2 night stay. It was a certainly a relaxing and calming stay. It is short walk to the shops and also to the stages where there’s night shows. The owner will also recommend the night shows to you and where to go. J They also arrange transport pickup and dropoff from Furong Railway. Very convenient, especially if it’s raining. They also offered us complimentary mandarins. The hotel is family owned and they are very kind. If you want a great stay at Furong Town, you should definitely choose this hotel. I will definitely come back and stay at Floral Hotel when I visit Furong town again."

"The view blew me away, no 5-star hotel could beat the view from this hotel. A must visit when you want to spend the night in Furong. I was initially afraid I cannot sleep due to the sound of waterfall, but turned out I had one of the best sleep ever. The waterfall sound was so tranquil that it wasn’t disturbing my sleep at all. Service was excellent too. The driver will pick you up in the airport and took your luggage up to your room. Receptionist is very accommodating. The only thing that could be improved is the facility, water from the shower could seep through the gap."

The two drivers were incredibly kind; not only did they drive smoothly, but they also proactively helped with luggage and were very polite upon arrival. I really loved the hotel's ambiance.
