Holiday Inn Club Vacations Williamsburg Resort by IHG

I would definitely stay at this property again. The rooms were impeccable. We made use of the basketball court and the pool. Plenty of food options just 5 minutes from the hotel. Yes, they will try to sell you a timeshare. But, I made my lack of interest clear as soon as I found out I had to get my key from a salesperson's office and they weren't too pushy after that. Staff was easily accessible for questions via text. 10/10.

Everything was good. Just was missing the balcony that was advertised with the room. The property explain only the two bedroom signature rooms ha e balcony not the one bedroom.

The property was clean and well maintained. Shower was combined with a hot tub and was a bit slick when stepping into it. The room was spacious for our weekend trip with a full kitchen and living room. The bed was comfortable and a good temperature set for sleeping. Only complaint was I am not interested in timeshare presentation they wanted to push on me. I get they have to talk about it but no means no. This was my first time at this location and I would recommend to others!

The outside is beautiful. Rooms need updating and property offers bowling for a fee!!!! $30 for 1 hr+ cost of shoe rental, why stay on a resort when nothing is included! Playground is small!!! My kids were not amused and they are 6 & 9. They only have one small basket ball court. They were so pushy at check in wouldn’t even release our keys without trying to get us scheduled for a time share we drive over 4 hrs with 2 children on being autistic we were ready to get our key and go to the room. Overall wouldn’t go back …and not to mention they charge $11 for a clean set of towels I was told that’s why they provide tide in the unit for you to wash your own towels. Who’s doing that on a vacation!

The property grounds as well as the suite were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very responsive! The onsite activities are well maintained!

The rooms are out dated and seemed dusty, other than that spotless and had everything you would need. Amenities were great. We stayed in the off season and I wouldn’t recommend for that time of year (March), I can imagine it would be much more fun and lively in the summer.

The stay was overall good. The beds are horrible. It was a short trip thank goodness. The tvs are really small. Whoever checked in above us had kids and it wasn't the best they ran around the whole day and night and it was like they were coming thru the ceiling. We just dealt with it and left at 6 am the next morning. The staff are extremely nice Kera, Britt, and Deja! Thanx again!! Everything was great if they could update the beds and tvs it would be my go to place to stay all the time.
