We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the loose showerhead in your room. We have arranged for our engineering department to conduct a thorough inspection and repair to ensure smooth use for future guests. We understand your disappointment regarding the swimming pool/hot tub being closed due to weather, and the rice paddy fishing activity being cancelled due to weather conditions. However, we were genuinely happy to see the children still catching fish in the irrigation ditches and witnessing water buffalo plowing the fields, making it a highlight of their trip. Thank you for your praise of the receptionist; we will pass it on to her. We are also pleased that you enjoyed our Chinese and Western breakfast. Regarding your suggestion that the Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles were a bit too mild, we will carefully consider it and strive to cater to the taste preferences of more guests. We'd love to see the "Black Cat Detective" you photographed! Welcome back next time. The rice terraces offer a completely different kind of beauty in the summer, and the hot springs and fish-catching activities will also be open.
