房間不大，但是老闆人很好，房間很新很乾凈，最主要的是離景區的位置很方便，就在博物館門口吃飯也很方便，對面就是雁盪山附近還有步行道。去哪裡都很方便。價格也很優惠。

和父母一起來雁盪山遊玩，訂了這2間房，乾淨整潔，對面就是大山景，老闆待人真誠，服務態度好。出門步行15分鐘就能到達遊客中心，慢慢悠悠散步過去很是方便。如果身邊朋友要來雁盪山我會推薦住在此處。祝吊蘭小屋生意興隆。

優點：酒店有免費停車場，距各景點不遠，有10幾分鐘車程，房間還比較乾淨，在客人要求下老闆給講解了遊玩的路線。缺點：房間臨馬路，過往車輛噪音大，衞生間樓上用水聲音很響，不隔音，馬桶沖水後塞子不管用，每次必須按多次才能止住，早餐的牛奶總感覺兑水了，稀稀的，基本沒有牛奶味。服務態度也比較生硬，客人行李比較重，也沒有幫忙搬上樓。總之，感覺沒有像大家評價的那樣好，很一般。

民宿就在雁盪山博物館旁邊，距離雁盪山遊客中心不到1公里，民宿對面有公共停車場車位寬裕。老闆人很熱情厚道，房間硬件也很規範，唯一不足是三樓稍高，沒有電梯，作為民宿可以理解。

這名宿太差了，攜程上的評分簡直匪夷所思，我住的房間是在北面的標準間，説是景觀房，裝修算是名宿裏比較老氣的那種，問題在於這裏的噪音大的離譜，空調噪音轟隆隆的，雖然吵，大不了不用。問題嚴重的是房屋北面有個奇怪的機器發出低頻持續的轟隆聲，讓人聽了特別難受，問了老闆説是用來燒水的機器，整夜的吵人，老闆説關了機器熱水就會受影響。我感覺設備太差了，半夜打了老闆2個電話就沒人接。去看了看那個設備上面是一個大風扇，發出聲音的就是這個風扇。不明白其他住户是怎麼能忍受這樣的聲音的。

還是挺乾淨清爽，也比較安靜。離遊客中心也不是很遠，離靈峯景區也不是很遠，很多人住在靈峯附近，我反倒覺得這邊更安靜一點吧
